When I have my usual person things are…

When I have my usual person things are fine. When a substitute has to show up is when it goes completely wrong. Several times the sub hasn't turned up.. Also they keep telling me that they aren't allowed to go to the pharmacy and BilkaToGo BOTH. It shouldn't make any difference as long as the work is done in 30 minutes. It takes 5 minutes to get groceries at the curb and 5-10 minutes in the pharmacy. So we're up to ca 15 minutes including sitting in the queue.

Previously when I've called the office I've been talked down to and pushed off, as if my concerns are not important. They've been fired from Aarhus and I suspect they will be in trouble in Horsens and Hedensted soon.
