The height and firmness of the bed allows our lab to step off it rather than struggle up from the ground. He's having cruciate surgery in a few weeks and I'm so pleased I invested in this mattress bed and the raised bed. Very satisfied customer and great service
Terrible. One of the worst online buying experiences we have had. No communication until we chased them after almost two weeks. Were told it would be shipped the next day. That was almost a week ago and still no sign of our order. Would never use again and would strongly advise potential buyers to look elsewhere.
