Thoroughly professional
We asked Berkeley Heating to completely re-work our family bathroom, having used them previously with a new boiler and sundry radiator replacements in the past. The whole process was collaborative from initial decisions on design, layout, fittings and finishes, through to demolition, installation and the final product, with which we're delighted. Good communications are key, especially over the inevitable 'road bumps', with any issue raised and discussed through without drama. A thoroughly professional experience from first to last.

Your comment regarding payment reminders concerned us and, having liaised with you by phone and looking into our IT systems, we now know that there was an IT error between our gas engineer software and our accounting package. In basic terms one was not communicating with the other as one package marked your invoice as paid whilst the other didn't (hence the reminders). Unfortunately IT errors occur completely beyond anyone's control. We apologise for the inconvenience this caused you last year. Should this occur again please could we ask that you contact us by phone so that we can rectify immediately.
Berkeley Heating, My Orpington and previous Dartford Home
Berkeley Heating, installed my Bathroom and kitchen some years ago. Since then they have looked after my Heating System, Boiler and carried out the occasional plumbing Job. They have never let my down and for this the get my 5 Stars.
