Parcel arrived later than expected but…

Parcel arrived later than expected but after speaking to the customer service team it looks like the third party dealer put the wrong delivery dates which caused the mixup.

Throughout the process the Berkfield home customer service team were super helpful and issued a refund on the same day I contacted them. After this experience I would totally buy from them again and would definitely not go through a third party seller and instead go direct.

I had to return a product

I had to return a product. I was offered that I kept the product and accepted part refunds. I opted not to do this and was offered a complete refund as per Debenhams information

Great

Great, purchased a massive 12 man tent, delivered , but realised before it was delivered was no longer needed.
Contacted the email provided and they offered a percentage off , but declined due to really no longer needed.
Been very helpful and will received a refund within 5 working days today is 17th April 2026 , so once all received back, happy to add more positive feedback.

Unfortunately item too big…

The item ordered was too big for our hallway. On contacting Berkfield via email, we received a response from Holly, who was very understanding and dealt with our refund very efficiently. No issues at all, which is very rare these days. Would definitely order from Berkfield again.

This company is not sending the product…

This company is not sending the product you see on the photo. They are dropshipping from a company vidalx who send the product direct to you. There is no quality control as they never see drop shipped product. The call themselves Holly or Sam or other made up names. They are in fact an Indian couple drop
shipping the same rubbish you can get from Temu. Why not be transparent instead of misleading people

This is a very poor customer service.
I would like to warn customers not to buy from you in case they would like to return the goods. It is impossible to return the good due to lack of response from your side.

Great customer service

I did have an issue with my unit I ordered arrived in wrong colour, Holly at customer service was extremely helpful and has resolved the issue quickly and successfully.
Delivery of the item had good tracking and arrived in good time.

So happy with the end result

So happy with the end result, I brought a telescope bedroom rails from berkfield home at Debenhams. I wanted to return my item but ended keeping It when they offered me 50% off. Very friendly lady i spoke to.

Refund

I had purchased a fence panel which I thought was suitable for the job.

It arrived on time and all in good order.

Unfortunately when came the time to erect the panel it was not fit for purpose and sadly I had to return it.

That process was handled efficiently and professionally by James.

Please do not waste your time ordering…

Please do not waste your time ordering from this company. The product was late, was missing integral parts, very poor quality and to top it all, I find the company deceitful. I contacted Debenhams Market place and the seller direct. After stating that they were unable to send the missing parts, they offered a reduced price of 25% off, then offering 50% off after I declined and then finally offering 100% off and a full refund and to keep the product (which is just a pile of cheap wood). I accepted and asked that it be transferred back to my PayPal account. Next thing, I happened to notice an email from Debenhams for an unsubstantiated amount on a Debenhams gift car in lieu of cash refund. I raised a claim with PayPal requesting said company refund the amount to my PayPal account in cash and am currently going through the process. The seller lied and shared some fake documentation stating I accessed their returns portal and requested a gift card with a ~30% increase on the original price. It’s a lie. I only contacted them direct as initially I was keen to receive the missing parts and enjoy my product (which later became clear that it wouldn’t have been able to be built anyway due to the appalling quality and instructions). PayPal and seller are now telling me I need to return the item which will cost me about £50. I’ve declined and I have a feeling that PayPal is going to side with the seller. I won’t use Debenhams, berkfield homes, Vida XL (manufacturer) or PayPal ever again. Why is everything turning into a scam nowadays and who is there to protect consumers?

Excellent customer relations

I had ordered some fencing which I thought was right for my garden but when it arrived it wasn't going to serve the purpose - no fault of Berkfield. When I asked for a refund, they looked into my problem and offered me a partial refund with no return of the item. This ws a very satisfactory outcome and I would not hesitate to use them again.

Terrible product, excellent customer service.

While the product I ordered was terrible, the customer service was second to none in helping me process my refund. The product material was cheap, difficult to assemble, damaged and the fit and finish poor. I contacted customer service to ask for a refund and Holly went above and beyond to help resolve this for me.
