From start to finish great experience, Thanks Harvey

Fantastic company, very thorough and give you a nice range of options. What I especially love is how easy they are to work with, simplifying a very complicated process. Have already recommended them to many of my friends and family.

I contacted Harvey after asking around for recommendations for a good mortgage broker. When Harvey & I spoke I knew what our aim was but not sure exactly how to go about it, that was to get our daughter her first property but without increasing the value of our estate. Harvey recommended Joint borrower sole proprietor (JBSP) mortgage for her which meant she could get herself a slightly larger property and mortgage based on our incomes along with her part time earnings too.
Our daughter owns the property but we have not increased the value of our estate.
Would definitely recommend both Harvey and this type of mortgage to get your children onto the property ladder.
