What I fix every day: slow computers (the £89 SSD speed boost with full cloning is the single biggest upgrade most machines will ever get), virus and malware removal, scam pop-up clean-ups, data recovery with a No Recovery = No Fee guarantee, Wi-Fi dead zones and mesh networking, printer setup and troubleshooting, Windows 11 upgrades and migrations, new PC setup with full data transfer, and pay-as-you-go IT support for small businesses — Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace admin, workstation deployment, network security basics and backup setup. Straight talk is part of the service: I specialise in Windows PCs and laptops, and I do not repair Apple Mac hardware or replace laptop screens or keyboards. If your job is outside my skillset I will say so plainly and point you to a trusted specialist rather than take your money for work I cannot do well.
