Could not have been more helpful
Matt and his colleague could not have been more helpful. They came when they said they would, explained the issue clearly, ordered the part and then came back again to complete the work. Communication was excellent throughout.

Rapid and professional service
Our car was not drivable due to an ABS failure locking the wheels. This meant that getting it to a garage would require a tow. I found Berkshire Mobile Mechanics on the internet and was delighted with their rapid response. Matt was very professional, clearly knowing exactly what he was doing. The car was fixed with a new ABS sensor and the price was very reasonable. Strongly recommend and I’d use them again with no hesitation.

Very untrustworthy
Very untrustworthy, has taken payment from me but wouldn't give me a receipt or invoice and hasn't quite finished putting my vehicle back together, will not answer his mobile or reply to emails or messages.

Avoid this company.
Started off very well. Diagnosed the issue with the truck. Said he would order the part and install the following day (Friday)
Didn’t hear anything so chased up. “Waiting for delivery of part”. No other coms until 9.00pm saying no parts were available and he’s ordered from Amazon. “Part to arrive tomorrow” (Saturday) and then he will come over and fit.
It’s been a week. I’ve heard nothing from him.
Luckily I’m in a position that I could make other arrangements and I’ve sorted the issue out elsewhere.
Not sure how he can run a business by letting down his customers like that.
Thank god I’m not a vulnerable person with no other means of transport, still waiting for him to come round

less than helpful, evasive and left us to sort things ourselves.
Sold us lifetime warranty on 2 leisure batteries. When we came to need to claim under that warranty recently he was less than helpful, evasive and left us to sort things ourselves. While doing so we also found out he had marked up the original batteries by over 100%. Not recommended.
