Good quality tools as great price
Good quality tools as great price. Fast delivery. However they must have got damp at some point. As they had some rust on a couple of the sockets.

Have used this company twice for small engineering hand tools. The product was excellent, very competitive on price, The delivery was very fast and I will have no hesitation in going back for more tools.

Awful quality Padlock
Padlock fell apart after 3 months with lifetime guarantee Berlin tools refuses to honor guarantees after 30 days of eBay purchase.
Not an expensive item but not fit for purpose and should not be sold as such. I doubt very much that it would stand up to any forced entry attempt if it falls apart so easy.
Customer services sending definition of Consumer Rights Act which says:-
Goods must be...
~of satisfactory quality
~as described
~fit for particular purpose
This item is not fit for purpose hence you must honor my consumer rights this is the in the text you sent me confirming it.
