Amazing staff and service. Vegan, veggie and English breakfasts were perfect. The only criticism is that the kids camp bed was extremely squeaky. We told reception but they couldn’t resolve the problem. Thank you for our lovely stay.

On the 8th of June I was due to get married so I booked the lucy in the sky suite so my new wife and I. This is a rare hotel with its own hot tub so I was really excited.
For some reason, the member of staff who booked it made an error, and someone else had booked for that same day so they cancelled my booking. I was obviously devestated they ruined my honeymoon night, but they kindly offered me a courtesy night and gave me my money back. I then rebooked the night for the 6th of July when my wife and I get back from our honeymoon.
The same thing happened again. The hotel cancelled my booking a second time. Because my credit card got stolen (but I'm not sure why this would affect my booking because it was a courtesy one)... They cancelled it again.
Far from being a wedding dream it's now a nightmare. I'm devestated and have to let down my new wife. Thanks for nothing. Just don't stay here.
