DO NOT BUY A HELMET FROM HERE!!!!
Ordered Helmet in November (it's January now) it arrived a week later and was a different helmet to the one I had ordered, I contacted them straight away and I have had no reply for 10 weeks, still no acknowledgement, still no refund and stuck with a helmet we cant use and I didn't order- cant quite believe it - £90 I spent on this!!
Please do NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS WEBSITE!!

Big scam
Big scam. They sent the order to an incomplete delivery address so Royal Mail couldn't deliver. I contacted their customer service but after the first reply in which they said they will get it sorted, they went silent. The order was never redelivered and my chassing attempts all hit a wall of silence. So still no refund or product. Don't recommend.

Ordered helmet, never arrived.
Ordered helmet. Got shipping notice. Then nothing. Eventually checked my order in their store and was marked as 'return accepted'. I emailed their support, no reply. Then got an automated email that I was due a refund, minus shipping cost. I emailed again several times. I never received a helmet, never mind returned it. And have never received a reply. And am out of pocket by the cost of postage (assuming I get any refund). Feels like a scam.
