Do NOT waste your money

Do not buy from this company. I spent £44 on a bouquet of chocolate covered strawberries to be delivered on the same day (ordered at 9AM) and it was only delivered the next day at 11AM. The note on the package says it needs to be consumed within 4 hours and refrigerated so this means my order is now inedible and I just wasted my money on it. It was meant to be a nice birthday surprise and now I am embarrassed to even show it to the person it was meant to be given to. The box was damaged, the arrangement was on its side and half the strawberries didn't have chocolate on them. It was just a cheap ugly green pot with a head of lettuce inside (with leaves coming out between the skewers) with a weird set of crushed strawberries on skewers. I should have read the reviews before ordering, but now I know not to buy anything from this company again.

I would give Zero Stars

I would give Zero Stars. Paid £41 for bouquet.
Apparently refused by my friend..gift addressed to a Kathy..refused by someone called Gareth. The proof of this is dubious. I tried to contact Berry Bouquets as soon as I got notification from DPD of this refusal. However the advertised text no and landline telephone numbers do not work, you just get a message saying that this number does not receive calls. I couldn't see a link to WhatsApp on the website but I have suggested that this would be a good idea. You can only email this company to complain to a nameless individual who signs emails Berry Bouquets. The emails I received following my last review were unpleasant to say the least. Please be aware, as there is no mention on the website, that if there is a delivery issue they will not contact you and they won't redeliver your shipment as it contains perishable goods. I have been refused a refund unless I remove my 1 star review and as I informed them I do not need a replacement as I had to buy some flowers which were delivered, thank goodness for Interflora. I can see from the reviews that I am not the only person who has been disappointed.

Upon further investigation, you have been sent the Dpd consignment number which shows proof of the delivery address where the Dpd driver went to. The address is correct and the person who refused the delivery is Gary who is also the same name you provided for the recipient? We are available via chat and email and have replied to you via email as soon as you messaged.
Maybe you should check with the recipient and check why Gary refused the delivery. Please get back to us if you need further assistance and so we can resolve the matter. We can send out a fresh re delivery if you wish.

There should be an option for 0 stars. Appalling customer service, paid for delivery before noon, didn't arrived for a birthday, tried phoning message saying not available. Got hold of someone on chat who suggested I phone DPD to see where my item was, awful customer service. They eventually
agreed to refund postage. Quality of bouquet was not great maybe £15 worth but cost £33! They also offered free upgrade on next order. To be clear I won't be ordering again and would certainly not recommend them to anyone.

The product is absolutely fantastic

The product is absolutely fantastic. I had an issue with dpd not delivering on the day I requested, however the customer service from this company was absolutely fantastic. They immediately ordered a new for next day delivery and it arrived. The product is amazing and the service is fantastic. Will definitely order from here again.

Dripping offering

The 'bouquet' delivered bore little resemblance to the advertising photos. Only melon strawberries (extra paid for these) & grapes which had virtually collapsed when delivered. Customer services response very poor. Expensive mistake on my part.

Beautifully put together

What an elegant and beautiful surprise!! I made my order from USA to surprise my fiance & his business partner on opening up their new shop. Their blessing for the shop is supposed to be today & due to our different timings i wasnt sure if i ordered it to be delivered on the right day. Very promt communication and responses from business put me at ease and as promised was delivered on time. I was already called with questions on who put this together and how beautiful the orders were. Nobody has seen this type of arrangement before and they are asking many questions about it. Thank you so much Berry Bouquets for representing me on this beautiful order presented to them.

Awful Customer Service

If I could give this company no stars, I would! I ordered two bouquets as thank you gifts and paid extra for a certain delivery date. Neither one of those bouquets came on the scheduled date and when I called customer services asking for my postage to be refund, nobody answered the call. To make it worse, I also paid extra for each bouquet to have a gift message card and neither of them showed up with the orders. I have emailed the company several times and had no response, as well as calling them and getting nothing back. They should not be ignoring me after I paid for 2 extra services they offered and neither were delivered, ruining the intended surprise I had planned.

I ordered a berry bouquet for my daughters birthday , it didn’t arrive on the day of her birthday and when it did finally arrive it was bruised and battered and I would have expected more fruit for a large bouquet .
The only way you can complain is by email .
Shabby service , send flowers instead

I tried contacting you while this was all going in but got the same email 3 times . Contacting you now is a bit like shutting the door after the horse has bolted !

What a wonderful gift

I received a Berry Bouquet as a gift. It arrived very well packed and was cold still due to the insulation and gel pack.
Then there's the fruit - strawberries, melon, grapes, strawberries dipped in chocolate, pineapple...all of which was top quality, fresh and very tasty. Once the fruit was consumed I'm left with a lovely metal container that I can reuse.

Fru-tastic!

I found this site online and compared to a few others. This had the best shipping rates. They are upfront that they are busy and would take priority to pre-booked orders. So I sent in a pre-order for some chocolate strawberries. I gave them 2 dates of possible arrival. They chose the latter date as I was due to travel for the event we needed them for the next day. I was a bit worried as after purchase I received and email confirmation, but hadn't heard anything. I tried to call, but there is a message advising to use the chat or email. So I tried both. Early the next day I was sent a DPD delivery slot. The chocolate covered strawberries arrived with 2 ice packs one on top and one on the bottom wrapped in a cool bag. These were perfectly cold and fresh when they arrived. There is a notice advising to consume within 4 hours, but could last longer depending on how they were stored. They were beautiful and tasted even better. They lasted a few days and 2 long cars trips as well. The product is great. My only complaint is I like to speak to a customer service if I have a query, but that wasn't available. In that instance it would have been nice to just get an auto email advising when the item was being sent. Beyond that, this is a good small business with a good product.

I recently had the pleasure of using Berry Bouquets for a special event. From start to finish, their service was outstanding! The customer service was top notch - the staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and accommodating to all our requests. The presentation of the fruit was beautiful and the quality was outstanding. The fruit was fresh and juicy and it was all arranged in a way that was visually stunning. I highly recommend Berry Bouquets to anyone looking for a unique and beautiful way to present a fruit platter. Overall, this was a great experience and I would definitely use Berry Bouquets again!

I got "Day After Next Day Delivery", poor quality and no customer service at all.

I chose Berry Bouquets because of their next day delivery guarantee, when ordered by 4pm. I ordered at 3.44pm on Friday and paid £9.99 for next day delivery between 9-6pm. It did not arrive on Saturday as guaranteed, it arrived on the Sunday, in poor condition and the order was incorrect. I did not request chocolate dipped fruit but this was done, and the fruit was perishing. Indicating it had been prepared and was waiting around to be delivered, it came late and fruit was substandard by then. A waste of £36.99. After waiting in all day Saturday, I had to run out in the evening buying fruit and prepared a fruit plater myself, we could have done without that added expense and stress on the day of an important event which the fruit bouquet was for. This also meant I arrived late for the actual event. Even worse, I've still had no reply to my email and request for a phone call so was forced to go via my bank to recover the costs.

**Update!**
I was pleasantly surprised to get a call from Sam at Berry Bouquets on 1st June 23, apologising for what happened. She said they wanted to resolve this for me and offered a full refund and a complimentary fruit bouquet, which I accepted as she seemed very sincere. The delivery came on Sunday morning as arranged. I was offered the chocolate covered fruit to which I said no, but again it came with chocolate covered strawberries. That said, the fruit was fresh and tasty and the bouquet was beautifully made. Thanks for getting in touch Sam, I appreciate all that you did to resolve my complaint.

Sumptuous yummy treat

Very pleased with order ... strawberries dipped in chocolate ... delivered on time and very carefully and attractively presented ... can't wait to give to my daughter and grandson later today as a surprise treat. Will update review with her comments ... thank you berry bouquets...Will definitely order again. ☺️

Best Service

Although I live in Canada, I am tBerry Bouquets’s customer from last 4 year. I want to acknowledge their outstanding services that I received every time I order something. Recently, I placed an order for my daughter which suppose to be delivered after Easter holiday and there was last minutes date changes. Although, it was last minute request however they were able to help me and update the order date. I appreciate their best customer services. I will highly highly recommend their service and amazing/beautiful products.

I messed up delivery instructions…

I messed up delivery instructions resulting in a gift being disposed of. Entirely my fault. Berry Bouquets were brilliant and offered to replace and re-deliver the gift as a goodwill gesture. They didn’t need to do that but showed great patience and kindness to a careless old man. I will definitely use this company again.

I have used Berry Bouquets a number of…

I have used Berry Bouquets a number of times in the last year and all the recipients have been delighted with their unusual (more healthy) gift. "Delicious" and "scrumptious" are the words they've used. My brother managed to finish off all 24 chocolate strawberries in under 4 hours!! When there have been slight hiccups the sales team respond very quickly to emails and always make it right.
