i use to always use nitrado but now i only want to use berry from now on. i had an issue with my server and was messaged immediately and had the issue resolved in seconds best customer services ive ever seen for servers 10/10 will recommend to everyone i know and will be only using berrybyte services from now on also very affordable prices.

First time setting up a server and I was very lost. Reached out to customer support and Imad immediately reached out to me. They setup the server, got it live on Xbox, and my friends and I were able to play right away!!

When I was running a server for my Minecraft Survival Multiplayer at a previous provider, we suffered from a lot of lag because of outdated ressources. I was looking for an alternative and stumbled upon Berrybyte on Reddit and then Discord. I thought to give them a try because the prices were very affordable and I was not let down. Everything ran silky smooth.

There were one or two issues that the support were able to fix within minutes. I can only recommend them!

What makes BerryByte a great choice is how easy it is to get started. Setup time was very quick and servers ran smooth. The team is also quick to fix issues if they arise. I asked for a setting to be changed and they made sure it was working quickly. Easily the best service I have used for hosting a server.

Mad is the best co-founder of all time. His support is lighting fast, it's like he's online 24/7 (he definitely is) and their hosting is amazing. Lag free and the panel is so clean and responsive. You're basically getting 10x your money's worth with this host.

Great for hosting servers on multiple games and multiple versions of games. Modded. Vanilla. OG. Easy to modify all of your files, and if you managed to get overwhelmed at all like I did a bit tonight they have great customer service. An individual by the name "Imad" helped me through setting up a modpack very quickly. Even going as far as figuring out little odds and ends I couldn't get to work! If you are looking for server hosting BerryByte is it!

To be honest, I was really happy with BerryByte, but from one day to the next it changed everything. I arrived one day complaining that my vps fell, I opened a ticket, they answered me about 2 times but I had no more response after those 2, I opened a ticket in discord they told me that they would answer me however they did not do it until I realized that it was the node that was that it had many falls so I requested a change of node and as expected they did not answer either. I feel very ignored and I leave sad since I was really comfortable with the hosting. I hope to finally have a refund.

A buddy and I started a Palworld server 4 days after the game launched, which if you know how frustrating the servers were at launch you know.

Berrybyte helped us with all our questions, moved our server to another location, deployed server optimizations, and endlessly talked to me like an actual human being at all hours of the day; that was just in the first week.

They have been working non-stop since the games release, Imad, the person who helped me with my issues, told me they had been getting 2-3 hours of sleep daily to keep up with the demand, and through conversation I knew they were on my timezone and talking to me at 1AM. That's INCREDIBLE customer service.

The best part, I'm a tech head so I have general idea of how to do things and I research problems before asking for help from anyone. Imad treated with me respect for my knowledge and even ended up asking me about some info I found out about Palworld to help further their own knowledge. I do my best not to waste anyone's time, and I truly appreciate it when people treat me with the same respect by not treating me like a leimon.

After many months with Berry, everything has been amazing, Mad is also super responsive and helpful when it comes to problems!
