Impressive quality

Excellent quality watch...great value. Shipping was quick and arrived as promised.

Received watch but it gains over 5 minutes a day. Tried to return but customer service is very poor. No response. Very disappointed.

My watch doesn’t work and I have tried multiple times to get someone to let me know how to return it. I contacted you all immediately and someone finally got back to me on WhatsApp on March 6th and had me to submit a pic of the watch and a video of me shaking it and it not running. They said DHL would pick it up the watch the next day and they never came. After that I was ghosted by you all every time I tried to contact you. I really would like to exchange the watch, so if someone could let me know how to do this, I would really appreciate it.

Watch does not glow in the dark. Date stuck on 5. No answer to emails or text messages. Terrible customer service!

This is my fifth watch purchase from Bersigar. The quality and value for the price point are fantastic. The automatic movement of this watch is exceptional, keeping time accurately with minimal drift. The stainless steel and materials used are of good quality for the price. I particularly appreciate the crystal on the watch face. I consistently receive compliments on all of my Bersigar watches. The screw-down crown provides excellent water protection, allowing me to swim with confidence while wearing them. Overall, this watch is a great value for its price point. The only drawback is that I wish they would improve the watch bracelets, as they can feel a bit flimsy.

These watches are brilliant. The packaging they come in are of excellent quality. I am waiting for my next order to arrive. Service is excellent. Delivery takes approximately 3 days. Definitely recommend these.

Awesome service and product

their promotions are deceptive and what's more, when I bought a watch they asked me for 34€ in customs fees, which was not mentioned anywhere, and now they won't refund me even though I refused the collis.
