Do not buy anything from this company! This is the worst company to deal with and they have terrible customer service and terrible products. Our first stove, the bottom heating element burned through the interior of the oven, ruining it by splattering molted metal on the sides. After months of run around from Bertazzoni customer service and trying to speak with managers, they finally agreed to replace the oven. Here it is, 2 years later the same thing happened and we were told our new stove is not under warranty because they date it back to the original stove and the parts that are needed our on back order with no ETA! Meaning we can be without an oven for months again. The customer service and the products from this company are hands down the worst company I have ever dealt with.
We have been trying to order part 606146 and part 402503, both are not available and there is no ETA! We still have no oven. Worst company ever!
We finally received part 402503, which was the insulation that burnt. Bertazzoni ordered heating element, part 606094, which is incorrect for our model.
The correct part number is 606146 also out of stock! Going on 3 weeks without an oven! Unbelievable!

Having extensively researched online and paying a visit to Bertazzoni UK Headquarters in Wirral, we selected a 5 ring Stainless Steel gas hob and a Stainless Steel Extractor Hood to furnish our Kitchen.

Just keep away from these guys. Nothing but poor products and hard work for faulty replacements. Better product elsewhere with much better customer services.
Terrible company. They have virtually non-existent customer service. They do not honor their own published warranties. Their so called dealer and service network is non-existent and the people they send us to for support have declined to even work on Bertazzoni products.
I have installed dozens of their appliances from fridges to ovens and have had them all virtually fail within 2 years or less. This company does not stand behind their product and does not value you as a customer even when buying in bulk and spending serious dollars with them. Stay Away

Well it looks like I’ve joined that many who has bought a Bertazzoni range cooker expecting a certain level of quality only to be disappointed. I bought a 90cm dual fuel range cooker a few years ago and have had nothing but issues with it from faulty gas ignition faulty rubber seal (replaced 3 times) and main oven element that blew 3 times in 2 years. When you purchase a cooker for nearly £2000 there is an expectation that what your buying has had the appropriate quality checks. Clearly not the case will never buy this brand ever again. Las straw was main element going again 2 days after Christmas. Do yourself a favour and avoid at all costs
Acknowledge your quality issues concerning your "Master Series Gas Range", provide a lasting solution to resolve all issues, and treat your customers with the dignity and respect they deserve to remain loyal customers of this brand! Refusing to work with your customers is NOT a solution! In our case:
1) Our 36" gas range overheats constantly - unable to regulate temperature (technicians came out to work on this issue but this did not help). The oven now shuts itself down (on Thanksgiving - nice!). Not an isolated issue with this model. Also had issues with their dish washer
2) We purchased an extended 3-year warranty with Appliances Connection. They went out of business earlier this year…
3) Bertazzoni now claims we are past the 2-year warranty when, in fact, the unit itself has been in use for not even 1-1/2 years. No “good will” agreement was offered by Bertazzoni (delay in building our new forever home - supply chain issues)
4) Our service provider (the only one in our area) refused to work on Bertazzoni appliances after just having problems after problems with Bertazzoni
In our case Bertazzoni decided to ditch us after spending $10k for a complete appliance package. We are out! Do yourself a favor and perform your own due diligence before buying anything from this brand. Unfortunately, too late for us...
Appreciate the follow up from Bertazzoni, and their response to my post:
- The order was placed April 5, 2022 with Appliances Connection, order #2269916, including an extended 5-year warranty for all appliances. We received the CO for the new house in August of 20023 (appliances in storage until then)
- The model # for the gas range is "MAST365GASXE" with ser #: 1021022229
Bertazzoni "Onpointwarranty" has reached out to work with us on the gas range only as a "courtesy" - my request to also take a look at the still existing issues with the broken basket (dishwasher) has been denied.

Need a Bertazzoni 604101 Range Switch for my range, much like another poster here. Can't help but notice that in Bertazzoni's response to them, they claim they should have that part in on the 17th of Dec, 2024. Today is the 18th, still back-ordered. Seems like Bertazzoni needs to warehouse more of their parts. I have been without a working range for over a month.
EDIT: It is now Jan 17th. They are assuring me they will have the part in "Soon", but when pressed, no one I am talking to has any idea.

We got a brand new Bertazzoni 48" Master Series range (Model: MAST486GGASXE) in Jan 2019. Since 2022 we have had numerous issues with the range. The large oven did not turn on intermittently. We got it cleaned but the problem came back in 6 months.
Next we had the 2 large burners suddenly stop during cooking. We cleaned them and also replaced the thermocouples and igniters and changed one burner. The problem came back in 2 months.
Since then it has been very difficult to use the large burners which stop suddenly and cannot turn on after many tries.
We have spent over $1000 in repairs and the range is now unusable. The replacement parts are hard to find and expensive. The repair costs are very high because the parts replacement process is VERY complicated.
Overall bad unusable range with bad part replacement design.
I recommend that no one buys a Bertazzoni range.

Hmm….brand new Bertazoni ‘Professional’ range cooker purchased. Looks great. Works great (for the moment anyway) but unable to register for the warranty - the product details on the rear of the item which match those in the paperwork we were given at time of delivery are unrecognised on their website.
Have sent two emails to info at Bertazoni dot com.com and had no reply. Same for the two messenger messages I’ve sent.
My product remains without warranty registration and I’ve nowhere to turn! God help me if anything goes wrong.

Don’t buy from this company. Our fridge is dying and it’s not even a year old. You can’t get a Bertazzoni qualified technician to come out for days and days. When they finally come and diagnose the issue then parts have to be ordered. I’ve waited three days just to have the order actually placed and am now awaiting a tracking number. The parts are shipped to your home (maybe) and then it’s on you to schedule the technician to return. In the meantime your appliance has been unusable. The product is garbage and customer service is not much better. Go elsewhere.

We bought a Bertazzoni dual fuel range that is now slightly over 3 years old. Overall it has been a reliable unit. However we recently had a minor part fail (Bertazzoni 604101 Range Switch) and despite canvassing the entire state of California have not been able to locate the part. Apparently it is on back order with "uncertain delivery date" from a Chinese vendor. It is incomprehensible that a company can offer a range that is $3000+ that fails when a $6 part goes out and they don't maintain a replacement inventory of these critical parts. Total joke (on us). Don't touch this product or Company's other products with a 10' pole. Terrible customer support and service.
Bertazzoni replied to the above review on 12/16 stating that the part would be available through their distributor 12/17. Checking the website today 12/26 the part is still not in stock. The part in question is roughly 1"x1"x 2" AND WEIGHS PRACTICALLY NOTHING! There is nothing worse than empty talk from a company about "understanding frustration" about their product when they do nothing to rectify the problem. Again, this range is classic italian design masking a Yugo appliance underbody. Terrible product and follow through by the Company (Bertazzoni). Bunch of empty suits and talking heads.

From confirmation of order to the delivery of range cooker and fridge freezer the customer care was excellent. At every stage I was kept reliably informed by polite and helpful people who made me feel valued as a customer you can’t ask for more.
The products are very good quality and look amazing.

I needed to replace a bulb on my Bertazzoni range hood that is about 6 years old. I ordered the part on Bertazzoni's web site. It was fulfilled by a different company (without me knowing it) and it was substituted with a bulb I didn't order (again without me knowing it) and the bulb was 3 times the size of the one I needed. Then I was forced to go back and forth with the company that fulfilled the order several times before Bertazzoni was finally convinced that what I received wouldn't work. Then they said, "the only solution is for your customer to try to find it locally...or Amazon". Your customer. Not "our" customer. I wouldn't take a product from Bertazzoni now if they offered it for free.
Updated: Bertazzoni has asked to assist, so I'm updating this review with more info. Here is that last I heard from Bertazzoni's parts distributor:

Good afternoon Mr. A*******,
Unfortunately, we do not have good news. ☹

we have double- checked , and you are right, but we are sorry we do not have this small bulb and can’t supply it.
The only solution for your customer is trying to find it locally, in a hardware store, or on e-Bay/Amazon."
This is a custom bulb that cannot be obtained through e-Bay nor through Amazon (a local hardware store is not a serious recommendation). So they have left me adrift with an expensive hood that does not perform one of it's primary functions. FYI, the fan is now malfunctioning - so really it's now a decorative, non-functioning metal sculpture.

Your latest response is that I need a G4 12V 20W bulb. That is incorrect based on your own prior response as well as my own research - which you also confirmed in an email through Encompass. What I need is a G4 120V bulb according to your previous reply - and that is impossible to find. As I understand it, there is no "transformer" as part of the assembly so the bulb needs to handle 120V not just 12V. If that is wrong and you can tell me a specific supplier and a specific part number - please let me know. Generic responses like - go to your local hardware store - are not helpful.
If you really wanted to help me, you wouldn't be using Trustpilot to advertise your assistance, you'd be actually working with me directly. Encompass (your parts distributor) forwarded me your original response where you referred to me as, "your customer" as opposed to "our customer" - it just shows you don't really want to resolve it, you just want my review to go away.
Update: I sent all the information to the Bertazzoni customer care email they provided and they have not responded. Apparently, their attention was only due to this bad review and once we started communicating outside of TrustPilot they are not interested in resolving this.

Intuitive and simple controls. I'm particularly impressed by how well this oven has been insulated, meaning more energy is used to cook your food as opposed being wasted keeping the oven surrounds cool. How do I know? Because of the long time the inside of the oven takes to cool down after cooking! More importantly and as a consequence, response times and temperature stability in use are excellent.

Darrell took the time to address all my questions, [And believe me I am one of those people who are question absolutely everything ] even going so far as to email Italy to ensure I received the correct information. He spent a lot of time on multiple occasions on the phone with me, providing invaluable advice. With over 20 years of experience in the industry, his wisdom and knowledge were incredibly reassuring. It's rare to find someone who can speak from such experience, and it made a significant difference in my decision-making process.
During my research, I considered purchasing a Bertazzoni range oven, primarily due to their gas oven options. However, I noticed that many reviews, particularly from customers in the USA, mentioned poor after-service experiences, which were often reflected on the UK Trustpilot site. It’s a shame that the fantastic reputation of Bertazzoni could be tarnished by the experiences of others in a different market.
I am eagerly awaiting the arrival of my new gas hob and will update my review once I’ve had a chance to use it.
