Zero response.

I just can't understand all these good ratings. I wrote to them three times looking for products, with no response. I then called them and at first got a very belligerent owner, who's attitude then softened up. He promised to answer my emails in future, and promised that my requested product would be in stock in 2 months. 3 months later after no email as promised I have emailed 3 more times and to date have not received a response. Is this how they do business??
