Worst shopping experience ever. I bought 2 doormats described as Nordic PVC antislip. The most expensive rugs ever and nothing like the picture. I sent them an email with pictures trying to return them and they said they saw nothing wrong with them. I tried to submit reviews to the product and the review was delete multiple times. It’s a scam! They ship from China and the products are not beautiful as depicted in the webpage and plus they will breakdown after 1 week.

If I could give a minus star I would. Do not waste your money. I was looking to upgrade my old Ikea rugs £70 each I saw their "Modern Style Round Rugs" for 219.99 on their very plush looking website and thought wow these are going to be beautiful. Shipping took from 8th August to 26th August so over three weeks but I thought they would be worth the wait going by the photographs. How wrong I was on the 26th a thick square parcel arrived. To my horror I realised it was what was supposed to be the rugs. They resemble the heat resistant pads you put on a wooden table 5mil thick felt material on black backing. The cheapest of the cheap obviously a chinese import worth about £10.00 each not £200 each. I have emailed and emailed no reply.
