Extremely helpful and friendly staff from the office to the garden.

Nothing was too much trouble for the team and they gave sound advice on the positioning and size of our structure. They were also able to attend a day earlier than planned. Such a refreshing change.

It was such a pleasant experience we are trying to decide if we can fit in another build later on.

Brilliant, excellent lads did a fine job, good quality, we’re really pleased. We paid price quoted (approx 4.5 thousand pounds) before work began, then we had an email for another payment on day work finished, no invoice. Everyone was lovely but I just felt that I was being chased for a final payment, oh well a lovely job done.

Excellent service from start to finish and attention to detail. Would have no problem whatsoever to recommend this brilliant family run business.

Wow. What can we say! Absolutely amazed with the finished product. Lynn, Richard and the team were all amazing. We had a few concerns about the positioning and design but the team were able to accommodate by tweaking the design along the way to make sure it suited our needs. We highly recommend these guys!

You would think the clue would be in the company name, but this is the reply I received having asked about the fabrication of a bespoke gazebo. Admittedly it was north of the border, but the last time I checked we were still part of the UK. It seems my request for a paltry 3.5m x 2.5m gazebo is not worthy.

Found Bespoke Gazebo online after doing a lot of research. Lynn was happy to answer any questions and made the payment procedure super easy. Carl and the team were great friendly guys who came to install. We're super happy with the outcome! Its solid, and great to look at! I'm so happy we went with them as we originally was going to go elsewhere. After reading trust pilot I didn't think the company before would be great, then reading Bespoke Gazebo trust pilot I felt comfortable proceeding. Absolutely fabulous, I'm so glad I found them!!

We were very impressed from start to finish with the quality of service and build we received. Lynn was our first point of call, a very professional interaction that gave us confidence to select the firm. Our build required an L shape, on 2 levels to cover a BBQ kitchen and seating area, which meant Richard needed to genuinely come up with a bespoke solution. Richard and his team built the dream outdoor setting and were friendly, professional, hard workers. We have had several “wow” comments from visitors. Hats off to all.

I could not fault the team who arrived on time and assembled our gazebo expertly. Everything was handled meticulously - they were real skilled workers who even cleared up after themselves. Great construction team and nice Gazebo. Good value for money!

A first class service, from start to finish the process of ordering the gazebo through to the installation was a breeze. The quality of the gazebo is fantastic and great value for money. The guys who installed the gazebo were brilliant, they arrived with all of the materials and had it constructed and erected within a matter of hours. They were also very tidy workers and left no rubbish behind and no mess. Very impressed and will definitely be using Bespoke Gazebos again!

Very good service. Good advice given pre installation. Installers were very quick and efficient despite having to cut through limestone patio and scalping and concrete below that. Strong posts and nicely designed gazebo made to measure. Our thanks to Bespoke Gazebos for an excellent service.
