The package was never received
The package was never received. Nobody rang the bell and most probably someone else took it away. Very disappointing, I would have expected proper delivery not just dumping the package where anyone else could grab it.

It's unfortunate for us to receive this 1 Star review based on the WRONG ADDRESS you've provided us. We can see you emailed us last night (Friday night at 7:44pm). In your email it says "The package was never delivered and after checking the post office tracking it seems I gave you the wrong address. Would it be possible to re-deliver to the correct address please?"
