Scammer

S.E, his son, wife & salesman are conmen/women.
These horrible people have conned my elderly grandad out of over £8000!!!
They have taken money upfront in two huge payments and not performed any work. They did not turn up when promised and have now become totally untraceable. All phone numbers are out of service & no reply on email.

We have found three addresses for this man also. Please do not pay this man any money!!

It is funny that this company is allowed to come on to trust pilot, flag the reviews to have them removed and attempt to protect their reputation yet they have still not replied to myself, my grandad or any of their other victims.

The same business has closed and opened several businesses in an attempt to escape those that they have conned. Moving addresses. As Jane has said in another review please contact on Facebook, we must all come together.
They use different names such as BESPOKE MOBILITY BATHING & BESPOKE BATHING.

We will be getting our money back!! Don’t you worry.

Do not trust this company

Do not trust this company

We started to use this company in November 2022 having been convinced they were a trustworthy company by their representative Tim. He surveyed our property for a lift made by STILTZ but to be fitted by BESPOKE. We paid a deposit and we were initially due to have the lift fitted in January, then they delayed it till March, they delayed it again and finally said work would start in June on our return from Holiday. My husband has MND and a lift is essential. We had paid 50% as a deposit with a credit card. On our return from holiday on May 29th we were asked to pay the balance prior to fitting. We were not happy to do this . My husband fell over on May 30th and broke his hip and was taken to hospital. On May 31st the Bespoke rang me to insist I pay the balance by Bank transfer. I said absolutely not, we would not have the security as we would by credit card. She said that was nonsense and it was covered by our initial payment by card. I refused to pay. She then rang my husband in hospital and insisted he paid otherwise the lift installation would not go ahead. He was on strong pain killers and awaiting his operation and regrettably agreed to pay by bank transfer rather than suffer yet another delay.

When I heard this had happened I rang to tell them what I thought.

Bespoke were due to meet with STILTZ at our house on the Monday June 5th 2023 but never turned up. Tim eventually attended on Thursday 8th, at which point he looked further at the work needed and said that they could not do the building work needed. Various telephone calls ensued. Eventually they offered in writing to pay Stiltz to install the lift and return just £1,000.00 to us to use for the building works, which costs several multiples of that amount. They have never paid either amount. We were able to employ a local builder who worked with Stiltz who fitted the lift. Though we had to pay Stiltz as Bespoke never paid. Bespoke kept promising the payments but nothing has materialised. Bespoke has failed to respond to all our recent communications.

Stiltz and our builder were amazingly helpful and they got the lift finished by the end of July.

I am disgusted at the attitude and lack of response from BESPOKE. We should never have trusted them and should have gone straight to STILTZ.

Bad customer communication

At the beginning of May I placed an order for a home lift. I was told it would be about 3 months. As the lift was due to emerge in my home office I asked for plenty of notification on installation so I could arrange time off. I called on Thursday 28th July and was told. Tim was dealing with it and I would be called back. I called again of 2nd of August and got the same response. I called again of 4th of August and was assured I would be called back by the end of the day. Some 11 working days later I have still not been contacted. I do not know why there is an option for installation on their phone system, if all they do is promise a non-existent call back.

I think I must be dealing with a…

I think I must be dealing with a different company from everybody else. They insisted on me paying for my lift before crossing the threshold, but have not installed it. Following agreement to purchase, two men came to survey the house (an hour late having waited at our gate for that time for a friend to turn up). We were given an installation date but the Friday before we were told it would not happen on the Monday, but Tuesday. On Monday we were informed it would not be Tuesday but Wednesday, on Wednesday we were told it would be Thursday. Thursday came and so did the fitter and his helper - 2 very nice lads who unfortunately had not been briefed on the installation which would require some oak banister and tempered glass upstairs. They put in the lift and it is now part ready to use but we mustn't touch it. The fitter brought his brother along on the Saturday (as he is a carpenter and the firm had not arranged for one) who inspected the work. They both left, the fitter saying he would be back towards the end of the week, and the carpenter the weekend. Naively we believed them but at time of writing neither has appeared. We are now 2 weeks after original installation date. I begrudge them the one star review.

This is just a massive feature for the house, I'm delighted with the purchase and so is Georgie, my Golden Retriever.... given the chance she would ride up and down in it all day long. Fantastic value, impressive build quality!

I cannot rate this company highly…

I cannot rate this company highly enough, my mum bought a Stiltz home lift from them. The service she received from them was fast and professional. A month after having the lift installed she suffered a bleed on the brain which left her unable to look after herself and needed to come and live me. I needed the lift moving to my house before this happen. I contacted Bespoke and they pulled all the stops out re arranged some of their existing jobs over weekends to free up the time needed to move it from my mums house to mine which took a week. The this enabled my mum to leave the recovery NHS hub where she had been staying and move in with me as early as possible. I would like to say a big thank you to Ellie, Tim and Jo for their part in this process. This is a highly professional company who are caring and responsive to the needs of their customers.

It is now several weeks since I had my…

It is now several weeks since I had my lift installed and it has performed perfectly.
i originally had it fitted to aid a friend who found it difficult to climb the two flights of stairs to the bathroom and the lift had been a boon for her. I also find it a help and as my knees get worse with age (I am currently 94 ) it will become more of a necessity for me also.
The workmanship is excellent and its position in the corner of my large lounge renders it quite unobtrusive.

Full marks to Bespoke Lifts

We originally contacted Stiltz, and it seems that they passed our interest on to Bespoke Lifts who took over and changed our lives. Tim managed the organisation of the installation quickly and efficiently and two weeks later Joe and his assistant Graham arrived with a full installation kit.
We immediately encountered "sod's law" and discovered both water and electricity were routed through the intended lift area. No problem to Joe, who quickly organised the remedy. In all the installation took 3 days despite the additional problem, and amazingly there was very little disruption to the house or dust created. We were left clean and tidy with a beautifully operating and elegant lift. Full marks to Bespoke Lifts - We have authorised them to use our installation as an example if required locally.
