oak staircase didn't comply with building regs

"tailored to fit" oak staircase did not comply with building regulations. The design originally only resulted in 5ft 8 inches of headroom, then modified to 5ft 10 inches of headroom. Building regulations state 2 metres required. Very traumatic experience whilst husband dying from MND. The small claims court subsequently found in my favour, I now have to find a builder to correct the staircase headroom which is subject to an enforcement order. Cash payment required upfront. The money was correct, all I wanted was the deliverables to be correct too for what I considered to be an expensive staircase. I expect a horrid response because this is what i have seen when other people have left negative feedback. The review date is the date of the small claims court hearing.

David did not complete my build but kept my money

David did not complete my build . After pressuring me to pay extra money for changes to the build I did not agree to . This was 3 years ago .
I took out a CCJ and high court writ against him . But he apparently went bankrupt and started the business again in his wife’s name . The Ccj is against him not the company so still applicable .He owes me over £10000 but he has dodged debt collectors and not attend court .
Please do not use this company . Not to trusted . He left me with half an extension no kitchen and a stand pipe for water . And I had to pay another set of builders to complete my build. He has never contacted me though I have sent several emails to negotiate a payment plan to return my money .
I urge you to shop around before using and trusting this company and David Morton
