One thing that made my experience GREAT, was the quick and efficient response that I received , once you were notified. I had a question in response to a lost Gift Card. Immediately, a new Gift Card was sent. There was no hassle from the company with a lot of questions in reference to the purchase of the card. My name and email was all that was needed. The Customer Service was exemplary! The company knows how to treat its customers. They should be commended for this, since so many companies are so lax in this department. Kudos to you!

I had a problem with an incorrect shipping address. I contacted bespoke and they resolved the problem immediately and reshipped my order to the correct address. The whole interaction took less than 10 minutes to resolve my issue.

I got my husband a mini keychain pocket knife. It broke before even having it a year and I emailed them and they contacted me immediately and without hesitation shipped me a new one for free. I am very happy about this kinda of service as my husband really loved that knife. Always a good thing when a company rights a wrong and treats you with importance!

I've never had anything like this happen before. I placed an order, was sent to an order summary page with no confirmation number, and received an alert from my bank that the charge had gone through. Though I never received a confirmation email from the site. I did however immediately receive multiple emails from the company signing me up for marketing correspondence. I checked all email folders repeatedly for two days for a confirmation and found nothing. After reaching out to the company for support, they pretended at first (Holly) that they couldn't find my purchase anywhere, asked for specific information like the date of the charge, a screenshot of the approved charge from my bank, the shipping address, the transaction amount, and the last four digits of my card--all of which I provided--while telling me they couldn't find anything on their end, and told me to take it up with my bank. When I pressed them and sent them a screenshot of the order summary page, they said they could now see the transaction was declined, but it clearly was not. Holly then became unresponsive and had to follow up again later. It is 6pm now and I reached out at 12. Then, now speaking with Jay, was just as useless and scammy. I hope I can include screenshots in this review because this is infuriating and ridiculous business practice. Stay away!

I ordered a bag, And as soon as it arrived I realized that I wouldn't be able to use it. This was due to some skin allergies. I quickly reached out to the Bespoke Post team and was taken care of so quickly, and graciously, I am very impressed with the support team. They issued me a full refund, and took special consideration because of the allergy. This meant a lot to me, and showed me the company cares. I will absolutely do business again with them in the future, with full confidence that my money is well spent.

The fast and clear communications provided by the Bespoke representatives is treat!
They have a very unique model. Small esoteric and quality offerings. You can sign up for a monthly box that they will try to tailor to you. But here is the key. If you don’t like it you can swap it out or skip altogether(no cost if you skip). It’s basically a free service introducing you to items you would be hard pressed to find elsewhere. And even if you don’t like any of the box offerings you can still browse around and find individual items. I would say I probably get two of their recommended boxes a year. Swap out their box for a different one 4 times a year. Probably 3 months a year I get nothing. And the other three months I’ll just get a portion of a box or an individual item. But I’m never paying for anything I don’t actively want and choose for.

I think I have been a subscriber almost since the inception of Bespoke Post. Since that time I probably have had maybe three issues with products that required some sort of resolution. That is a very small percentage of my purchases. So essentially I’ve been very happy with the products and delivery. Great stuff nice curated assortments good value etc. However the thing that sets these folks apart from almost every other purveyor of goods and services is how well they respond to a customer issue. I am going to say I have never, ever been treated better with a response time that is lightening fast. So as much as I like their Subscription boxes and store offerings, their customer service is better. Top shelf, number one, the highest a bar can be set. You may never have a chance to experience that but if you do, prepare to be wowed!

Was a client for 8 years. Had a very simple request and was completely ignored. Only thing offered to correct was for me to return the items they sent because of this mistake. Horrible customer experience.
