Please do not buy from this company. My daughter and I ordered a couple of items from them at Crufts. Firstly had to chase order and was told it had been sent out but they had no proof of posting. They then sent out a very cheap imitation of what we had ordered in a muchuch bigger size so it did not fit,(we ordered an item that was on show at their stand). The other item we ordered did not come but they sent something that was awful. After numerous phone calls, emails, messages to their social media page they never once replied, not even to posts on their page, although they would remove the posts. Please please do not waste your money. As far as I am concerned they are scammers (or grifters)!

DO NOT purchase from this company! They are a complete con!

I discovered them at Crufts & ordered ‘bespoke/customised’ items.
Was sent random items that I did not order (never received what I purchased)

Phone calls, texts, emails, Facebook messages, Instagram messages have all been ignored! They even deleted my comments (asking them to contact me on) on all of their social media. It’s been 4 months of trying to contact these guys. Complete scammers.

First time to order something for my dog that's like this. I was sceptical at first - not if she'd like it or not!

First thing I'd say is - my dog loves the dress I got her! She looks adorable and is super happy with it!

The website has a good selection. It takes about 2 weeks from order to receiving it - which considering that it's tailor-made I thought was acceptable. And I got regular updates along the way.

Overall - a great experience and something really different that I'd never have thought about trying.

I got the idea to order one from a friend who saw this company at Crufts.
