It was a good for me, but it came at the wrong time financially and hence why needed to end the subscription. I'm a single Mom. So this was my luxury but like i said things have gone wrong.

In your advert you are advertising goods on special. I wanted to buy some and went ahead and ordered and paid it with a delivery fee. Nothing came. Upon further enquiry, I were informed it is some membership which I am not interrested in. I want to buy, like at Timu, the items that I want.

I don’t even know when I signed up to your company. I found out by checking my bank statement, this was such a shock to me I started to panic.
You need to make things clearer to people they are signing up to your company in future.
Also the refund has never happened which was easily a couple of months ago shockingreally

Issue was resolved with an email from a gentleman explaining I would get a full refund.

Money got deducted from my account twice for a gift box from shein,but until today I have not receive any feedback or a gift box...I want my money back

I don't know what happened on this subscription but I just saw an online debit transaction from my account. I requested a refund immediately. The team is quick to respond but I have not yet received my money.

When I paid for the gift on Facebook, the advertisement said nothing about the extra fee to be paid as well as a subscription. I was now worried when I started seeing debit going off my account. secondly, the name I saw on the Facebook page is different from this company, maybe you need to fix that and have transparency.

I've received the best assistance, and the agent was very patient
