Waste of money, dries out my skin, it is ridiculously expensive for the small bottle you get. I had let them know I was unhappy with the product and that I did not want to second shipment.
Below is my email to them because they sent the second bottle anyway.
“I will want to return the item (please forward a pre-paid shipping label) as I was not given amble time to “skip” or “delay shipment” as is noted on your forum.
I received an email at 12:45AM that a shipment was being prepared, this is when I was given the opportunity to do the above actions. I was then sent an email at 3:32 AM the same day noting that the shipment had been processed.
Every other automatic shipment I have from Chewy, Amazon, Ilmakiage gives me at least 2 days, not hours (mind you in the middle of the night) to make that decision. See attached for reference.
I was told it would be every 30 days as well, this notification came 11 days after I received the first shipment.
I would appreciate it if you would make this transaction easy and without grief. The whole experience with the product and including the 8 DAYS it took to receive a reply has been disappointing.”
The email I received back was, “Thank you for letting us know. We will cancel your subscription”
No RMA, no label, no refund.

UPDATED - Reply to their canned response which I have received 3x’s now.
The email stating a second shipment was being processed was ELEVEN DAYS after I received the first shipment IN THE MIDDLE OF THE NIGHT. I was not given a chance to cancel it, who would be thinking after ELEVEN DAYS there was going to be another shipment. I barely was given time to use the product to see if it worked.
I WAS NOT GIVEN THE OPPORTUNITY TO CANCEL IT - Really tired of saying the same thing over and over.
Your company is a scam, your customer service is a joke and your product doesn’t work. I will continue to post this review anywhere and everywhere on social media to warn others.

I was receiving answers to my questions almost immediately. Katrina is very prompt in returning my texts with a professional reason and answer to my questions and concerns. My shipment was delayed so I will be receiving a new shipment. That’s customer satisfaction especially since I am a first time customer.

First of all, I LOVE the product! What really impressed me was that my order had not arrived and I thought perhaps it was lost so I emailed them and Katrina responded immediately and said it was on its way and that she would follow it herself. I have been using the body oil and the shower oil for a few months now. My main goal was toning my décolleté (middle-aged side sleeper) and legs. These products are amazing. Shoutout to Jeckany with customer support who was so responsive and helpful!

Besque is unbelievably the best moisturizer ever! Jem was so kind in helping me get a larger bottle as I am addicted to this so much! I look forward to apply it all over my body after my shower while I’m still damp as it has the cleanest scent and it penetrates so deeply! I see a remarkable improvement with less lines, and it makes me feel excited and ready to go to the beach! 🏖️ Also, the facial serum is so fabulous too as I have extremely dry skin and it gives me a healthy glow! Besque is worth every penny as I get compliments all the time and it makes me feel so pampered like going to a Spa! 💎
