I am very impressed with Bes's customer service. He went above and beyond. I needed an EPC urgently as I was going abroad and he found a way to do the assessment the next day, a Friday, despite being busy. He then prepared the report over the weekend, when normally it takes 2-4 days. He was courteous and gave really helpful answers to my questions so I learnt a lot in how to prepare for other EPCs to improve scores. He was punctual and professional. I would thoroughly recommend using him and will certainly call on him again.
