Excellent service. 2 made to measure hall runners - Great price - Even covid did not stop fast efficient tracked delivery.
They tell you when your order is due to be made. You get an email when it is finished and sent out for delivery. You can then track it yourself right to your door.

My review is about the service provided from best-carpets.co.uk
I have made the payment 9 days ago and I still doesn’t didn’t received the carpets and no answer from their telephone number provided on the internet.
I really want someone to get back to me about what is happening with my order.
I am requesting a full refund of my money paid, I can’t wait any longer, it’s nearly 2 weeks since I made the order and I am really annoyed.

I took a punt with this company as I had never heard of them before and the website looked....well, a little dated. What attracted me was the price for what I wanted as it was significantly cheaper than anywhere else for exactly the same product. I used my credit card just in order to ensure that my purchase was fully protected in the event of any issues. And the outcome? Fantastic service, great customer dialogue, courteous staff, great product, ridiculously good price and delivered bang on time. What more can I say? It was brilliant service from start to finish and I simply would not hesitate to either order from them again or refer them to others who might wish to place an order.

after 10 days the parcel still has not arrived and the customer service is not willing to solve the problem, never, ever will I buy from them,thanks to God I used PayPal so I can open a dispute.

Excellent product.
We ordered a 6m runner carpet for our house from Best Carpets. The product was sent the next day by tracked courier and quickly delivered to Devon in UK. The carpet is of a very good quality and we are very pleased. We shall certainly consider buying further from this company.
