I ordered four radiators from this company, two were purchased approximately 6 years ago and one of the radiators we noticed the enamel cracking around the bleed valve. I rang the company and they found the original order back in 2016/2017.
There was no problem, they ask for photos and have sent me a replacement radiator, I cannot fault the service and would highly recommend the company.

I was searching for new elecric rads for all rooms in my 3bed house, reviews prior to purchase seemed positive but did lack some info that I was after but committed to buy first floor needs first from BH. Here's my feedback to add to the nest...
I found the MOA Blue heating element has no function to control the indicator lights on the interface, thus found illumination during the night in a bedroom is too disturbing for any light sensitive sleeper.
Bluetooth control ok if in the same room to communicate with the element.
App function is ok, not great, due to Bluetooth and not WiFi, so the extra WiFi hub option may have been purchased if I kept the rads.
Found heat output from 1000w plenty for a master bedroom.
Right or Left?
The Moa Blue element may only be fitted on the right side, as the manual states the temp probe must be positioned within 45° under the element, this works if only threaded to the right side of the rad to allow the interface panel facing front? Following advise from BH they said it's ok to be installed left or right side, so our sparky installed left due to preferring mains wiring position. The probe now facing upwards to keep the interface front on, resulted in poor heat output to the 800w rad, never really got hot, possibly due to left side? Not sure.
DPD courier damaged 2 attempted
deliveries, BH then used a better carrier at their expense 👏. I was very patient, but though no fault of BH, I think BH could improve their packaging to help protect goods for shipping.
If you don't mind the lights, and fitting to the right, then I'm sure these rads will be great.
BH were fully understanding with the light issue and that on this occasion the order didn't meet expectations, a collection was organised promptly as was the full refund. Thank you.

I was struggling to find the sizes I wanted on the website so rang the company and spoke to a lady called Sony.
Really really efficient, knowledgeable and helpful.
Talked me through what I needed and suggested the accessories without having to be asked.
Even populated my basket for me to make it easier and then gave me the discount code to apply (for over £500) - I'd already pressed pay. No problem for Sony, she went into my account, retrospectively applied the discount and refunded my account the difference.
So many companies these days when you deal with them seem to make the experience difficult and stressful - well not today.

Bad experience with this company. Ordered 2 Rads, paid £25 for named day delivery, goods never arrived had tradesmen on site, no contact, no apology and in the end received a refund. Would never use this company again. Buyer beware.

Trying to not honour the warranty I Purchased 4 radiators from them all still under warranty 3 have become faulty rusting leaking sent detailed pictures they want a full report from the original plumber to ensure he used a oil when he fitted them serviced them which is beyond me as the damage is clear to see I will be taking them to the small claims court

Do NOT honour the warranty
In spent nearly £400 with Best? Heating a few months ago. The radiator is OK. but the valve is faulty. I have had this checked by the heating company that fitted it. Just spoke to 'Josh; at BH and he said that they wouldn't accept a return unless I could prove it was faulty! How do you do this? He was unhelpful and beligerent so will be be claiming under Section 75

I have brought from them 2x heating radiators. I am very disappointed with the these radiators as they don’t heat proper. There is not any problem with my boiler as it is almost new, and we test it with plumber before buying the radiators to make sure I am buying the right products. Tried to contact them today and ask to refund, but they don’t want to approve the refund , they are stating that, once it is installed they are won’t take it back . I am literally not happy with these radiators , they are not meeting my expectations, looking cheap and taking 1 hr to heat up. How I can try it , if I am not installed it ?!

I used this company 2 years ago and no problems.
Something drastically has gone wrong with the company, they are completely incompetent. Made a simple order for 4 rads and brackets. Sent the wrong brackets, then resent wrong brackets, called them, the woman didnt listen I had to repeat myself 5 times and a week later still waiting.... have promised me they would collect wrong brackets twice, still not turned up having waited in 2 whole days. They are a joke, do not order from them. Use a local company like we will next time. They do not care about you!

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. I have spent over £2000 on radiators form them and they left me with a pallet and 5 radiators on the street. Would not bring them in. Then left the pallet behind which i now have no idea how to get rid of. They said someone would come and get it after hours on the phone to customer service and its been over a week now and each time either someone does not turn up, they go to the wrong address or turn up when I have already told them I am not in.

I ordered a radiator to extend my gas central heating into a conservatory. Lewis in sales was a great help. When I discovered that extending wasn't practical Josh in customer services dealt with the cancellation brilliantly, he phoned the distribution center immediately. He managed to have the item returned at no cost to me.
