Refund request for fraudulent charges
I signed up for 1 month and paid $9 and then another charge was made to my card without authorization.
I have been going back and forth with Customer Service to no avail. I will have to contact my bank to file a complaint for fraud to get my money back.

Most 5 star reviews are fake. They took the sign up payment and then after every 20 mins took unathorised four $19.95 and i called chase to block the card after 4 additional payments.
They are so bad one extra payment came out whilst me trying to block it. What a scam.
Dont trust the 5 star reviews they are there to bring the average up.
