Strongly advise against using this…

Strongly advise against using this company.
We placed an order in March 2025, and as of November, the door has still not been delivered despite numerous attempts to make contact. The company provides no effective means of communication and appears to operate from a virtual office with no genuine staff presence. In my opinion, this operation is highly questionable. My next step will be to refer the matter to Trading Standards.

Finally got my money back! Product (bed) was never delivered

Product (bed) was never delivered. 24 emails and 2 months passed without any real response. I thought I had been scammed and would never see my ~£450 agin. I then wrote a few more emails saying they should refund me before writing yet another 1 star review. I then started to get replies 🤔 and within in 3 days finally got my money back. I will certainly not use this company again, nor recommend them to anyone.

Once again I have heard nothing about…

Once again I have heard nothing about an order that I have to replace doors that are of no use to me.
I was told an email had been sent but this is a lie. I am tired of trying to chase anyone. The only way I get any communication is writing a bad review, which I have done several times but still no further on. I am continually told that they are on order. The order has been going on now for over 3/4 months.
I would appreciate a human speaking to me rather than a reply on here or a so called email that I never receive. Very disappointing.

I ordered a wardrobe in January and waited patiently for it to arrive. When it didn't I used their chat function to enquire. To start off with I received responses promising me delivery and then telling me they were waiting on stock from overseas. I even had a phone call from 'John' who claimed to own the business.
So I waited, which is obviously the scam part, because they have now stopped communicating and I am out of time to claim a refund through my bank.
I have sent letters, emails. chats etc etc. You can't ring get through on the phone line and now the chat no longer works.
I will now proceed to the small claims court.

DO NOT BUY!!! FAKE COMPANY!!!!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY
Placed an order for garden furniture last summer 2024 and still not received! And no adequate communication either. Promised to refund me. Nothing. I can’t even claim back from my bank as I was offered a reduction of if I paid by transfer! Stupidly I did. So cross with myself. Their communication to get my payment was so fast but since then has been nonexistent!
Please don’t buy anything from them!!!

This is the only way to get in touch

Apparently this is the only way to get in touch. Customer service has been shockingly bad. I am still owed a refund for an unfulfilled order I cancelled six weeks ago. Phone number doesn't work, live chat is unresponsive, ghosted over email for a week now

Fraudulent company

Giving this company 1 star is even to much .I last heard from thus company on the 10 March when I wrote a review and someone emailed me to state that I would get a refund ,but surprise ,no money arrived and no correspondence since .I have referred to police action fraud PH-03001232040.This is not a business its a quick scam .Very unhappy

I have been trying to communicate with…

I have been trying to communicate with this company for over 3 months.
I have a personal contact for a member of staff but the phone is never answered and if I message it is not replied too.
I have been told that new replacements doors are being made and will be delivered but I have had no communication about this since the last time I wrote a review after several attempts.

Dodgy Company, Scammers.

SCAM. Their company address is registered at some industrial estate alongside over 100 others. An intermediary for Ltd companies.

Inexperienced drop-shippers with NIL customer service.

Phone line not active.

Ordered two beds from best at doors as they appeared slightly cheaper than elsewhere. No delivery in 4 weeks. Contacted the company more than 5 times. One response with a false promise.

Requested a refund due to no delivery. Apparently they had tried to contact me but no missed calls, emails or anything.

No reply about my refund request after 4 attempts (waiting 4 weeks), I had to make a claim via my credit card to recoup the money.

Do not order from this company!!

I have been trying to return an order since 24th February 2025. It took weeks for the company to provide me with a returns address. Despite emailing the company on numerous occasions and being told that the refund would be processed, I still haven't received a refund. I have never had such difficulty returning a product purchased online before and still no word from the company as to when I will receive the refund. I wish I had read all the bad reviews before placing the order! The service doesn't even deserve one star. I would give it no stars if I could. You say the refund will be with me this week but I still haven't received it!!

Hello Vivienne In our defence that wasn’t down to us at the time as we had been waiting for a returns label to come through which we had to complete and send back to the distribution centre. It was a chew on I agree. We had to do it that way so that it could then be logged and tracked back. I’ve not known a process like it in this day age of technology and it seemed to take almost a week for a response to the email trials.. you know that as you were CCd in them too. We’ve since had the credit back only in recent days and the refund is due to land with you this week.

I returned my product and was promised a full refund, this was 5 weeks ago, my emails are ignored, you cant get through on the phone.
The company is a shambles, unproffessional.

Issue resolved

I made an order on 7 February but no delivery and despite many messages they remained unanswered. The phone number on the website was also not connecting and the service was very poor. HOWEVER, IN THE LAST COUPLE OF WEEKS THE ISSUE HAS BEEN RESOLVED. IT SEEMS THERE ARE NEW INDIVIDUALS NOW INVOLVED AND I RECEIVED AN EXCELLENT SERVICE WITH CLEAR INFORMATION AND MULTIPLE FOLLOW UPS.

“I placed an order for doors and other items on February 7th and was expecting delivery, but I have yet to receive the products or any updates. I have attempted to contact the company multiple times via phone during their listed business hours, but the calls do not seem to go through. I also tried reaching out through their website’s chat function but have not received a response.

I emailed to cancel my order due to the lack of communication, but I have not received a reply. At this point, I have no idea if I will even get my money back. Unfortunately, this company has proven to be untrustworthy, and their lack of communication is unacceptable. They come across as cowboys, and I would strongly advise others to be cautious before placing an order.”

Ordered doors and other bits

Ordered doors and other bits - was expecting delivery but have not yet received items or an update. Have tried calling the office many times but it does not accept the call (not sure why - have tried many times during hours it says it is open online).

Also tried the chat function on their website which there is no response from.

Not great, glad I purchased on credit card as will most likely have to charge back.

Please be aware of ordering from this company.

Happy for the company to contact me to resolve the issues but as of yet have not had any contact.
