reliable website. i purchased a boost for reputation and then i realized that i can do it by myself then i asked them for refund and less than 2 days they refund my order.

I have used them for many orders now and they are highly trustworthy, great communication via discord and also do custom orders tailored to your requirements.

Was good. until they leaked my email alongside others for a marketing email. we asked for a better offer of things and got ignored.
i replied to their email since may and this is what i got as an answer (email reply from them: What are you waiting for? free boost?
If yes, our company debt is -3000€. We can’t do it )

Yes i did receive a boost, and my info got leaked. This is not a small mistake. And no apology or anything for this mistake.

In view of the positive comments I expected quality service, unfortunately this is not what I got.

I was offered a specific date and time except that the day before I had to contact the service to find out how I will be contacted the next day. From there, I am told that the event has been postponed to another day without being kept informed. At this point, I begin to wonder about the reliability of the service. The person who answers me by email then tells me that she cannot tell me more, that you have to go through the chat for reservations. I go to the site and open a discussion with another person from the service who confirms what his colleague told me. From there, I explain to him that I don't understand why the date was changed without anyone telling me. The professional answers me while he is going to look at what is going on, there would have been a recording problem, it can happen sometimes. He confirms that my appointment will take place the next day but not at the time that had been fixed. I therefore confirm my presence at the time indicated.

The next day I wait for someone to contact me to be invited to the raid group, no one contacts me in game, so I decide to go to the site and open a chat window through the chat. The person I talk to warns me that the raid group is ready but that I will have to wait a bit for it to arrive at the final boss, which I completely understand. I wait again and again, I ask the person in the chat what's going on, the latter replies that they can't reach the main tank. It is 10 p.m., the appointment was to take place at 8:30 p.m., so I waited 1:30.

At that moment, I think I got scammed, I tell myself I was deceived and abused. The chat person then offers me another appointment the next day and assures me that there will be no problem, that she will see to it, and adds that I can be reimbursed if I wish. On these good words that seem sincere to me, I accept the proposed appointment. However, I ask him for compensation for all these incidents, a commercial gesture that would prove to me his good faith, in particular a net reduction on the same product. I was not satisfied on this point either, the quality of the service provided stops there.

Today, I show up at the appointed time. I am not contacted in game, however I see that a person invites me several times in a group, I assume that it is the raid group in question. At the same time, I noticed that someone from their service contacted me by email well before the time indicated (about 15 minutes before). It would have been wise to contact me in game directly and not just invite me untimely without saying anything to me, at least approach me by saying for example "Hi, I am the group manager who will achieve the boost that you purchased, please accept our invitation".

The boost was done quite quickly, it must have taken a maximum of 10 minutes. I would like to thank the players for their efficiency and speed of execution. I want to tell them that I don't hold them responsible for this chaotic organization, it's not their fault. On the other hand, I point the finger at the management department, which was unable to meet its commitments regarding the service provided. On the site it says the following:

Given the circumstances, you certainly cannot guarantee that you are "The best performing and most reliable boosting service" or "have never failed in any way" or even "Our service is indeed flawless". Admittedly, in the end I got what I wanted, but under difficult conditions. When we look at the price of the services rendered, we expect, as you say, impeccable service, but this is not the case. Making promises is good, keeping them is better.

To conclude, I'm not going to tell people to run away from this boosting service, that would be a little too harsh and severe, if not unfair. However, I will not lie to them, in view of my experience, by warning them that by engaging with them they risk being disappointed not in substance but in form. Also, I recommend to this boosting service to improve its organization and its communication if it wants to claim to be "irreproachable".
