Recommend & will consider purchasing again
This is my second order from this company. I originally had a not so pleasant experience with the order arriving outside of the delivery frame. Paul and Adam were super helpful and ended up giving me a resolution that I was happy with. Definitely will consider purchasing again and the shipping delay wasn’t their fault but they still made up for it anyway. If you have an issue, just reach out to them and they will work with you on making sure you’re satisfied.

I had an excellent experience with Best Brilliance m and especially with Adam, who made the entire process feel incredibly personal from start to finish.
From the very beginning, Adam was extremely responsive and genuinely invested in helping me choose the right ring.
One thing that really stood out to me was when Adam mentioned that Best Brilliance is a family business. That wasn’t something I expected, but once he said it, it made complete sense. You can truly feel the difference in how they operate. It’s not like dealing with a large company where you’re just speaking to someone on the other end of the line who doesn’t have a real connection to the product or the people behind it. Great people, my wife decided she did not like the initial ring she got for Christmas (she feel the stone size just looked too big on her finger) so we had to swap out for a different design and ring size. I wanted to purchase a lab grown diamond because after all the researching, more bang for the buck! But, I was very skeptical about online purchases for a diamond ring. After talking with a few companies, I went with Best Brilliance. It was the correct choice.
Initially I spoke to Paul and then Julieanne. Both reassured me that they would be there in the beginning and later if I needed something. The zoom call with Julieanne was awesome and covered everything and was not pushing one way or the other. She provided the best info for my choice. The ring shipped in time and arrived in time. I ordered both an engagement ring and a wedding band from Best Brilliance, and I couldn’t be happier with my experience. I had a pretty urgent timeline (less than one month), and their team made sure the rings arrived on time, which I truly appreciated.
The rings are absolutely gorgeous and even more beautiful in person. The craftsmanship and sparkle exceeded my expectations, and everything arrived exactly as promised.
My only recommendation would be regarding the website chat feature. I experienced some difficulty replying to the representative, and it seems there may be a small technical issue with the chat system that prevented me from replying back. Aside from that, the overall experience was excellent.
