0 star if it was possible……

Bought a remote control car which had a very high pitched sound to it which was never seen in the YouTube reviews! The sound was so unbearable. I made a video of it. I sent it to a guy called Sam who handles the emails.
He said he sent the video to the factory and they said the car is “noisy”….. must be the Chinese word for high pitch sound??
So he agreed that I would have to pay for the shipping back to China as the car is not faulty because apparently it functions correctly….. I opened up a dispute via PayPal and they passed judgement that I was right about the product is faulty!

Now he had been informed by PayPal to refund me. The one thing PayPal cannot enforce on the seller is my shipping cost back to China just whatever I paid initially…..
