I had a very disappointing experience with this website. Not only did I not receive my order, but their customer service is non-existent. I reached out multiple times via Discord and was completely ignored. It’s incredibly frustrating to deal with a business that doesn’t value its customers or their concerns. Save your time and money—look elsewhere!

If I could I would give 0 stars. I have bought from this place 4 times and all 4 times I have exceeded my waiting period, the last order still hasn't even come and it's been 21 days now. And don't expect them to help u all what they do is just ping u to a channel and won't say anything. Even the main guy hasn't even gotten back to me and it's been 2 days since I logged thr complaint

Scam, every euro you give is a euro you loose. you get nothing

The support team is a joke. Preordered the world's pass and I am still waiting now. It's been 33 days since I put in the order. And I just keep being told, oh just wait. Just keep waiting. And they just keep delaying the time. Told me to wait another week. And then then the support just tells me "oh I can't do anything about it". Like what the heck you working there then if you are useless? You there just so you can tell me to keep waiting like an idiot?
Honestly, if you want to buy from them be ready to gamble if you get it or wait for a long ass time. And don't hope for support because their support is there for show apparently.

Been 6 weeks since order and they offer no refunds. Basically a scam.

Been waiting for almost 3 weeks, only see other people receiving their purchases. After the 1 week opening a support request, they told me to wait, after the 2 week i asked if there was any updates which i got no updates, after some days the ticket was closed and i didn't receive my order or any answer.
I don't believe this shop should be trusted because the support team doesn't care about you only about the money, the time to arrival is bad and you have no refund options.

the orders are mostly delayed and the support staff would rather count some random numbers in their counter channel than read the tickets you up when you have a problem with your order
BUT the orders most of the time get delivered so just be patient

The site is legit, however due to transfers being disabled, I had an awful experience. Of course, the transfers being disabled is not their fault, but since they have 1 or just a few people doing deliveries, during this hectic time, I cant give it more than 3 stars. Their delivery process could be improved upon. And with how many orders they get, should be better.

Been waiting for over 5 weeks because Riot blocked sending gifts, what i find understandable. But then the announcement came, orders will be finished on sunday and if not u will have gotten an friend request. It's monday nothing has been received, support tells me i am only server support cant do nothing for you and then go's silent. Honestly a gamble if you get anything.

Got what i bought, it took 2 days after 7 day policy (9 days) from riot friend list thing.

They deliver your purchase in time even after when the transfers are disable because of Riot, worth buying from them 😊

Takes a lot of time sometimes, due to Riot disabling transfers. Bestbuyloot cant do anything about it. Transfers where up again, and i got my order 1 day later, due to the high demand it took a while. This is legit

This is a scam it has been 9 days since I ordered i sould've just went to see the reviews first it's honeslty disgusting what theyre doing.

He recently got kicked out of a partnership with a well known custom skins creator and rebranded his whole shop. He cracks accounts with RP in them with his software and sells it for a profit. Truly shameful behaviour! Lies about the ban rate of using his services, incentivises people to leave a 5 star review to hide the fact hes scamming. Tuba and his partner Edanni are both very disrespectful and are only in it for the money. Don't do business with e daters. It's not worth your account. There's no way to safely gift RP anymore, everyone is gifting with stolen accounts. You will get banned sooner or later, especially if you buy large quantities of goods.

0 i paid 4 eruos for skin and waiting still 10 days scammed guys and they dont want to help on discord dont buy there

Lies about there banrate, where they get the RP from, and compensation for being banned.

If you get banned they ban you from the discord, they use stolen/illegitimate money for gifting and they have a VERY high banrate. DO. NOT. BUY.
