The best printingservice ive ever used as a digiral artist! They are always willing to help even if a transportproblem occurs elsewhere.
I recomend them dearly and i will continue to use them. :)

Dissapointing quality in the frames. Looked really cheap.

Also the frame's edge was chipped off, probably in shipping, i dont know.

Very fast shipping (10 days) after i made my order. Nice packaged and very good quality of colors ! (used high resolution images)

Order was for one 120x80 and three 40x30 and they all looked super. Will buy from them again.

The framed picture cut off half the face of one of two people on the picture and was tiny. Not useful, image ruined.

The prints without frame were as expected.

Well so far total absence from the company in responding to help requests.
Ordered two frames for Xmas for my family in Sweden.
After two weeks of no info at all, I was given a DHL tracking number. Discovered it’s from Poland, where it’s probably where they produce the frames, but no further info. So it’s still there after two weeks. No chances we’ll be getting these for Xmas.
Happy to review this feedback should anyone ever have the decency to get back seriously.

Says 24h delivery but it takes way more, like 8 days. So the gift was late and had to be given afterwards.

The pictures and frames were fine. But they use UPS and they are terrible. Can't recommend to order when you may not get what you ordered or it will be damaged and late. Useless parcel service

Last mile delivery vendor is not trustable, they do not communicate with you on when they will deliver, or if they have tried to deliver to you and treats your package in a way so that the goods get damaged once you finally recieve the products. The products are great otherwise - but the choice of transport vendor is completly destroying the customer experience and the Best Canvas brand.
