Eddy and Jamal were punctual & friendly. They wrapped all the furniture and were amazing packers. Filling the truck was like a puzzle to get all of our stuff in there. D. received a call the night before and he and his crew showed up early, ready to help. From the moment they arrived, they were friendly, professional, patient and incredibly helpful. They immediately put us at ease and took such great care of my niece.
What impressed me most was how thorough they were. They went over inventory multiple times, carefully explained how much truck space was allotted, walked us through the storage process and explained that her belongings would be kept in a climate-controlled environment. They even advised us to call a couple weeks ahead so they could get her scheduled to deliver everything across the country to her next location once she has her move-in date.
They didn’t just move boxes. They brought peace of mind during a stressful situation.
