I there was an option for ZERO stars that is what I'd give this company. They list a US Based address, google search that and see what you get. They say they shipped my product and it was "return" due to a wrong address, but the address I put in their system was my address. They won't refund the price until they get the product back. Well supposedly they shipped it to me on 9/11/25 and according to their tracking it was returned to sender on 9/30/25. I am writing this on 11/20/25 and the product has still not "made it back to them"...really?

i purchased the heated vest and pants and i ordered the size my husband wears and when i recieved it, it wasnt the size in us sizes it was more like a medium instead of 3xl. i contacted the company through email and they told me i would have to send it to china. I told them i couldn't afford to send it there. they told me that i could send it to the california address after i threaten to report them to Affirm. So i spent 30.00 to send them to the original address. now they are telling me i didn't send it to the approperate address.So im guessing Im probably out of 110.00. we will see

Poor customer services, false advertising, a poor delivery system still waiting for my order to arrive it's been two months +, requested for refund and out of nowhere sent me a reply to wait for it and send it back to them for refund???? Save your money. Don't buy from this company.
