I would like to commend scarlett for her swift assistance on my cancellation of
subscription.

This company charged me for gift I never recieved and now I have a dispute with them.Then the page transffered me to another page where they charged me again for subscription I didn't subscribe.I want refund of my money back,or it's a fraud.Eventhough they told me they will not charge me and will refund me,they took money from my account.I am now waiting to see if they will refund me.I also noticed that this page has same live chat as myhobbyarea.com which charged me,too.I contacted both websites via l via live chats,asking for refund.At first (the same perosn named Mason was replying on both web pages),told me I subscribed for their pages or claimed some gift,I want to add,which was not true.I explained that I was buying Sephora(probably false page I know now)products on sale and was redirectes to their 2 pages.I got the same answer he will see with his superiors.The day after they took off tha money from my account(as I said) but surprisingly two days later they refunded(a little less sum,I suppose bcs of fees,not sure but nevermind).I want to advise these two pages which are promoting selling of some goods and subrscription to some newsletters to include their IT team and investigate why te are connected to the false page, where people are being offered some make up,and then they end up buying some subscriptions or claim some discounts gifts on other pages not related to that main page.If they want to save the website authencity and promote themselves,as the real webpages it would be advisible to do so as many people are having the same experience.Also,thank you for the refund,and them recognising the problem emerged from this situation.
