I ordered boardgames from here. The games did arrive slightly damaged, and it was clear they were counterfeits from AliExpress. They appear to be a drop-shipper linked up to AliExpress. May as well buy direct and cut out the middle man.

Company states next day shipping, it's been 4 days and company is saying item has been picked up. Trucking company is saying it has not been picked up. Called best deals and was told to wait another 5 days to see what happens. REALLY??
Don't buy from best deals!!!

After reviewing the best buy promises like a 24 HR dispatch I purchased an electric reclining chair for my wife who was being released from hospital after abdominal surgery.

6 days later after numerous emails and calls i get a response that the item is not available and dispatch will be another 7 days and then up to 7 to deliver.

It takes customer service in the Philippines up to 3 days to confirm anything with the Auckland warehouse.

They are not at all concerned with NZ consumer laws, false statements etc.

Far too risky, and far too average a service to be worth the lower prices I feel.

Got product air heater delivered to designated address got home inspected. Broken clip digital display fallen off.On connection thrilked with runnining and power but kept shutting down to overheating on all temps now afte a few hours of opperation it has completely died will update response.So sorry was a wiring issue on the deadness thankyou will update great delivery though happy for now thanks for your service

Theyre shaver head for my hubby wqho is flying out to ausi tomorrow for 2 weeks so he'll have to buy new heads there. I can't get the tracking number to work either . shocking !!!
The email said it was on the way on 24 May but stilll not arrived !!! BEWARE ----- IM GOING TO CONTACT THE BANK TOMORROW TO SHUT DOWN THE PAYMENT.

I purchased an electric truck from them. It was great value for money so I ordered without checking reviews on them. I started getting nervous after reading the reviews so I emailed the company to get an update on my order. They replied the next day apologising and that the shipping email may have been in my junk mail so sent another one with shipping details. All up it took 4 working days(6 days in total) from the time I placed my order to when I received it. Please do your own research and buy at own risk but I've had a very good experience with them. Got exactly what i ordered, in a timely manner and it works great. Very happy customer and this is a genuine reviews so no I'm not being paid to write this.lol

I ordered then read the awful reviews this company has. Wanted to cancel but item turned up & was as advertised. Communication very poor. Will not buy from this company again.

Purchased a LED outdoor light that was faulty and advised them and havent heard from them since. So much for a 12 month warranty. AVOID this company.

This site is a JOKE. I have spent over $200 on here and they are saying they haven’t received any money?! I have sent them receipts from my bank for proof of transaction I’ve also sent them emails that have approved my order yet they “cancelled” it. They take forever to reply to my emails. They are refusing a refund and definitely don’t seem to be sending my order anytime soon. I am so upset. I’m literally a teenager on minimum wage. I’ve wasted so much money trusting this site. I was saving for a birdcage and now I don’t even know if I’ll ever receive it or get my refund. Please whatever you do.. DONT EVER shop from this site. It’s a literal scam! A fk!ng scam

Order and paid for item, money taken immediately of course. Have not had any further updates from them, no info to say it's being delivered, nothing. No response as yet from email sent. Do not purchase from this site if you expect timely communication or items to be delivered in a reasonable timeframe.
Edit - I have been sent tracking info and it is from overseas. Do not buy if you are expecting your item to be sent from NZ

Have not received any tracking number for items, placed order 2 weeks ago now it’s a New Zealand site it shouldn’t be taking this long and should be told if the items are coming from another country wish I had seen the reviews before I ordered 🤬

Thoroughly searched their website for the item we wanted it says fits laptops, not our laptop. (HP by the way a common brand). Customer service tried to blame us that we had brought wrong part we brought what website said would work. Took part & laptop to a professional he said a gimmick and will not do what we wanted. When we returned item they could not find at first but eventaully found and then promptly refunded. Wiill not order again their products are gimmicks.

Do not use them!!! I cannot stress this enough! I have not heard a thing about my order since the confirmation on the day I placed the order. It has been two weeks and I can't get hold of them. Obviously the money went straight out of my bank the minute I placed the order.

Read reviews before purchasing and was a little sceptical, placed order didn’t recieve a confirmation email when I bought my bar cart but I accidentally had another tab open of the same item and the status stayed as ‘incomplete’ as I didn’t go through purchasing a second barcart… best deals customer service emailed me the following day to ask if I purchased what I needed and if I needed more help as they saw I left an item incomplete. Wasn’t a system generated email but a real person name and contact details and all. My order arrived 3 days later! Really fast shipping item was really easy to install is really good quality and is very sturdy very happy with my purchase would buy again. Seemed like a scam at first but I think they just need to work on their system generated emails and marketing I can confirm it is a legitimate business :)

Scammers - tried to change almost $200 for delivery on a small product which is meant to be ‘already in NZ’

Bought a Torch. Is a piece of rubbish. Had to come from China. Charger won't work in NZ. Torch fell apart when taking it out of box. Tiniest battery in the world. Same product from Temu $25 cheaper. STAY AWAY!

Ordered item on 14 December knowing it may not arrive before Xmas. When it still had not arrived 1 month later I followed Best Deals process lodging and enquiry and have yet to receive and answer to that or the second follow up I lodged. After doing a ticket trace through Aramex and lodging an enquiry with them, it was determined that the item was lost in transit. Followed Best Deals process and lodged a 3rd enquiry requesting a replacement item be sent per their terms and conditions. Still no response. Phone number often overloaded and longer than reasonable wait time if you do get through even though "you are caller number 3"........ Happy to amend this review if Best deals get off their ass and sort this.

do not buy from this website. not to disparage a country but it is a chinese website that will do their best to not help you. they sold me a treadmill that DOES NOT work right, and i cannot for the life of me return it. they are doing everything they can to not do a refund or return. if you don't mind buying from a company that doesn't honor their word go ahead and buy from them. what a waste of money.
