Where do I start? I was sucked in by a YouTube advert for some Heatpal heaters that were supposedly invented by a school boy... I done a quick search and came across a couple of product reviews and they seemed a good investment. Both reviews stated that a con of this product was that you could only purchase through the official Heatpal Web page so I clicked the link and purchased 4 for £160. I ended going back to the reviews at a later date and it states at the bottom that it was an advert and not a real review. As soon as I purchased them I got a email confirming purchase but it was a columbian address... First reg flag, I then got a tracking email from a Chinese company... Second red flag, I went back onto the site to try and find a customer service number but came across another email address for Montenegro... Alarms now going off. I tried to cancel the order but was unsuccessful even though I was within the 12 hour window they stated. I then rang Visa to block the payment but for some reason you are not able to but they did say they would take the case on. Low and behold they actually turned up but oh my god what a load trash, I actually found the same product on Alibaba for a couple of quid each, the exact same. Whilst Visa were investigating I thought i would try too, I came across the chat service on the site and was told to email stating the issue and I would get a reply, I never did, I started using the chat service to the same 2 people every time, Robin and Sara who are both useless always stating to wait for an email. Robin eventually brought someone called Emma into the chat who provided me with a returns address. I sent the items back using track and sign but when the courier tried to deliver there was no one there. The address they provided was a house in Latvia in the middle of nowhere. I used the chat service again to ask them to receive the package but again I had to wait for an email. As I write this is has still not been picked up over a month later. So I started to bombard them with about 500 spam emails stating my issue with order and tracking number just to prove it was an unmanned email address. I then started to use the chat service again and again the same excuses, we have escalated it to our team but by the looks of it they are pretty much the whole team. I then started to look at Latvian consumer rights and filled in a CSRC form (or something like that). I then started to look into the company which was registered at a different Latvian address, I then noticed that best deal today had a parent company called ZPS COMMERCE and when I looked into that I noticed it was owned by 2 investment companies and actually found the 2 CEOs on Linked in. At 10 o'clock on Sunday night I used the chat service but this time it was someone called Ulyana who turned out to be just as useless so I told her Visa were investigating, I had filled an application to the CRPC and then uploaded 2 screenshots of the CEOs quoting "I'm getting closer, it would be easier if you just refunded me back". Now I am not sure if it was my actions or if Visa was successful but at midnight I received a text message from my bank stating Visa has been successfull. It only took 2 months but finally I got my money back. I have probably forgotten some bits but this is the jist. Absolute nightmare company absolutely rubbish customer services.

DO NOT USE THIS COWBOY COMPANY. NEVER RECEIVED AN ITEM I PURCHASED 2 MONTHS AGO. COMMUNICATION IS TOTALLY NON EXISTANCE. UTTER THIEVES. £160 THEY STOLE OFF ME. ONLY DIFFERENCE WITH ME IS I AM A SOLICITOR AND WILL BE PHONING THE FINANCIAL OMBUDSMAN FIRST THING IN THE MORNING ALONG WITH TRADING STANDARDS, I WILL ALSO BE STARTING A CLAIM THROUGH THE COURTS. I HAVE MESSAGED YOU SEVERAL TIMES WITH NO RESPONSE. THERE IS NO PHONE NUMBER TO RING. HOW HAS THIS WEBSITE BEEN ALLOWED TO TRADE FOR SO LONG RIPPING OFF HUNDREDS IF NOT THOUSANDS OF CUSTOMERS. WELL I THINK ITS TIME WE BRING THERE DEMISE TO AN END. THE THING IS I DIDNT EVEN ORDER OFF BEST DEALS TODAY.

These guys are scammers they never send stuff never reply lies...never buy from them

I placed an order for 1 AlphaHeater and was surprised to receive an email stating that I had ordered 3 such items. I contacted the company and they modified the order and refunded the excess cost. They dealt with this quite efficiently but about one month ago I made an enquiry regarding the product and they have failed to respond despite regular reminders. I am now going to refer the matter to Trading Standards. I originally thought that the incorrect order was my fault but I now see from other reviews that several customers have had similar experiences!

Robbing basturds ordered 1 item charged for 3 which i never received KEEP WELL AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY

Can't do no stars!!! Terrible company. Completely ignored requests for a refund despite being within the allotted time. Do not use them

I wish I could give NO stars! I purchased Smart Cameras for $250 and they arrived quickly however I realised immediately they wouldn't suit us. After researching the returns policy, I sent them back the same day I received them, in the same packaging & requested a refund. I started emailing about 1 month after I returned the parcel as I hadn't heard anything and I'm still emailing and waiting-9 Months on. I had 1 response from Emma after about 10-12 emails saying she understands my frustration and that my problem would be escalated but have never had any other response. ABSOLUTELY PATHETIC. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY PURCHASING ANYTHING FROM THIS SHODDY COMPANY. Ironically today, I received my parcel back that I paid $35 Australian dollars to send and the note said the receiver rejected the parcel & as unclaimed mail -return to sender. I should have chucked them in the bin and not paid to send them back. I, like others on here, wish I had read the reviews on here before wasting my time and money. They obviously don't care about the customers, they get your money and run so please, save yourself the trouble.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I ordered one item got charged for 3. They ignored all requests to cancel. The item was charged £60 each when you can buy on Amazon for £24.99. This in my opinion is a fraudulent company and I am reporting it as such today.

DO NOT, I REPEAT DO NOT SIGN UP WITH THIS SCAM WEBSITE. YOU WILL BE SHOWERED WITH EMAILS TO BUY CRAP. THEY HAVE NO WHERE TO "UNSUBSCRIBE". I Ordered and received a HeatPal at £49.99 but it arrived damaged and unusable. I have sent emails with photos of the damaged item and asked for a return address and a replacement but have had no response.
My order no is ORG-105235 dated 9th October 2022. Item arrived on 20th October damaged.

DO NOT TOUCH THIS COMPANY WITH A BARGE POLE My experience is the same as the most recent comments. Ordered 1 heater, 3 showed up on my invoice. I managed to get this changed to what I had asked for. Said heater duly arrived with a hole in the plastic outer casing. Currently on my 6th attempt to get any response from their 'Customer Care' people. 4 times the 'live chat' has disappeared mid converstion. Have asked for refund. Wish me luck.

I ordered one heater and had a confirmation followed by the heater ....no problem.
BUT on checking my credit card account I have also been charged for another 3. Gone back on their email which acknowledged my first order to find that 4 days later they acknowledged an order for 3 which I have not wanted or yet received,

Ordered one of the small heaters at £60.....came......doesn't work, no reply to care line, and e mail address cannot be delivered too......total let down

I'm a bit annoyed with myself, I trust piloted the heater concept.....which is legit, and a few companies are selling them .......but didn't check out this company........what an idiot .......lesson learned

Absolute scam, ordered 2 ceramic heaters, arrived 18 days later, useless, wished I checked out before purchase, don't know how Google advertise there products, can't find address to return items, no answers to emails.
Be aware DO USE THIS COMPANY

I stupidly bought four of their small heaters. I doubt if I shall ever receive them: from the inventor - a Scottish schoolboy - the line went to a Latvian website, then to an opaque Chinese mail tracking website. DO NOT DEAL WITH BEST DEALS!

**BE AWARE**
I purchased a Laptop back in May 2022 and it never arrived and there's NO WAY OF CONTACTING THE COMPANY.

Never received my item and there is no way to contact them for service or information.
Stay away from this site.
