Terrible experience.
Bought an inverter which stopped working after a year, still under warranty. I tried filing a warranty claim and getting in touch with the customer service in the UK for over a month, but I have never received a reply. Only a surreal automatic message saying (received again today 22 Oct):
"Dear Customer,
Thank you for your email.
We are out of office for National Day(1st Oct-11th Oct) and We will deal with your issues once we come back then.
Please don't be worried about the shipment which is sent out on time by Amazon. If you have any parcel problem, please contact Amazon buyer help for exchanging or refund.
Thank you for your patience in advance. We will be back soon to offer a better service for you!
Yours,
Bestek Customer Service Team"
Absolute nonsense. I have to agree with the previous reviews. Avoid at all costs.
