The worst!! Scammers through and through - I bought product that I thought was coming from Portland Leather and like the others it never came and no refund despite over 4 months of back and forth emails with me and their customer service auto-generated replies- sigh

SCAM! DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM. I’ve never been scammed before, and I’ll admit that I’m pretty frustrated as I write this message.
They use a scam “delivery tracking” website to say your items have been delivered, but they were never sent. They post Instagram ads where they pretend to be other stores — I thought I was purchasing from a company that I’ve purchased from before, and it said the prices were low because the items had small manufacturing errors (an “oopsie” sale is very common). They even used a url that was the store’s name (so, not bestellea.com). I contacted them almost immediately when my confirmation email was from this company that I had never heard of before to say hey, you’re not who you claimed to be, I want to cancel my order please. They told me they couldn’t cancel the order because it had already been packaged (also a lie). They said it was delivered (it was not), so I reached out to customer service to let them know. After a lot of back and forth, they said they were re-sending it, and the same thing happened. That’s because the tracking website (track678) is also a scam!
Save yourself time and money. Don’t purchase from this website!
I ordered some wallets and purses from this company. They took a whole month to supposedly ship here from China. Created and updated a bogus tracking and then once it said it was delivered, there was nothing at my door. I have emailed several times wanting a refund and haven't received a response.
This company supposedly ships or sells items from Portland Leather. I placed an order for leather bags at a "too good to be true price" in August 2025. It's now September 2025 and I haven't received my order. Bestellea is a scam company whom I've reached out to for help but they practice in deception, they've lied to me and they use a shipping co that doesn't really exist.
