I'm giving 5 stars because after…

I'm giving 5 stars because after contacting via Facebook seller was apologetic, gave a % refund and then posted the item. After buying item was hoping it to be delivered within 5 days. After 10 days nothing. Messaged through the website twice and no response (seller may wish to look into this). Then contacted via Facebook messenger and hey presto...everything was OK. We love the baby outfit. Top quality, was worth the wait. Will shop again but this time Message through FB if any hiccups.

Beautifully made,gorgeous design.

I absolutely love the pram set I purchased for my grandson,if I had anything negative to say it would be the delivery took a lot longer than 7 working days, luckily I wasn't in a rush for it.I would definitely buy again as this didn't put me off.

Great products

We ordered a personalised dressing gown and blanket for our new baby and both were amazing. The dressing gown especially is still so soft even after a lot of washing! We had to order another blanket (exactly the same) as the first one for washing days. We placed our 3rd order a couple of days ago and will definitely be ordering again.

Top quality service and product

I ordered a personalised star blanket and towel for my granddaughter. Both items arrived within 2 days, and were of great quality, I have never felt a hooded towel of such quality - will definitely be ordering again - thank you

Very disappointed

Very disappointed. I placed an order for 5 pairs of pj’s. It was accepted and payment made and a few days later I received an email to say the price was wrong and my order was cancelled.

With regards to your issue, unfortunately, once you had placed your order we identified that the product had been listed at an incorrect price (a price significantly below the items cost value)

The issue was identified immediately and we responded to you within 30 minutes of your order being placed to explain the issue and offer a resolution

As we previously discussed when you reached out, as a small family business (me & my partner) we simply do not have the resources or budget to make five items at a significant loss

Whilst I appreciate that you were disappointed not these items at such a substantial discount, we did reach out to you and offer a significant discount by way of an apology

We always take pride in our service and try to offer the best to our customers but we hope you can understand on this occasion why we could not fulfil your order
