I purchased seat covers on 11/8/19. Before I could print a rcpt the order disappeared. My account has been charge but I have't received the seat covers. I have emailed Bestforauto twice but have not heard back.

Great product, we ordered leather-like beige front and back seat covers, the quality is amazing, as is the fit and the price was hands down the best!
When I went to the video to watch installation, I saw there was an option for split back seat covers. When I emailed, they quickly responded and sent new ones that day!

The seat covers are made very poorly. DON'T BUY! The seams started splitting after the 1st day. The strap ripped off. They did fit nicely but the quality of the covers are not worth spending a dime on.
I went to the site and there is no phone number, address and when I tried to go through the site to send a message it would not go through.

They were amazingly helpful, even when their products didn't work for me they pointed me in the right direction

I purchased seat covers that were supposed to be an exact fit for my car... Not! Now I'm being charged $14 to return the item that was supposed to be at NO cost to me for returning... NOT!! Wth is REALLY going on! I dare not mention that I've also been told to hurry and send it back before I incur a restocking fee... Shame on Bestforauto. Should rename the company BestNotBuy

Not only did the floor mats that were supposedly made to fit a 2001 Nissan Altima, NOT fit, but they were also completed misrepresented on the website. These floor mats are flimsy, not "all-weather," or "non-slip." These floor mats that I paid over $50 for, are not even worth $10 in my opinion. The return policy is an equal SCAM, as they are deducting a fee of $15 from my refund to cover their cost for the advertised "free shipping." So now I do not have floor mats, had to pay to return the item, and also pay them $15. They now have their floor mats back, and my $15. Sounds like a pretty good scam huh?

I have bought the pu leather seat cover for my Prius, the installation was quite simple and the fit is very nice except the headrest is abit large for my car. Other than that, I have used this seat cover for over 6 month now and it is still looking new! One of my favorite thing that i have bought in 2014.

At first I wasn't sure about ordering from this site as it had only 1 review so far.. But I was in the market for some all weather mats for my 2010 Nissan Rogue I had stumbled onto this site & they had some for less than $40 & free shipping! I thought awesome & jumped on the buy as they DO accept paypal without having to make an account with them to order which is a BIG PLUS. I got the items I ordered as described with free shipping & in a timely if not faster date. They have that new rubber smell which in time will fade. The only little complaint I have is the mats are really universal type mats the fronts didn't quite fit the flooring except the mats for the back but they will work! ;) I recommend this company for interior vehicle needs! I have made a mistake on ordering a wrong rear seat cover for my vehicle. I have contacted the customer service through email and they have responded to me very quickly and gave me the direction to exchange it. Their staff immediately shipped out my replacement and waived the shipping cost -just to help me out since I have my budget on spending. Thank you!!
