I was clearing a DHL package somewhere it led to me now paying for a subscription on your website. Money has been debited from my account 3 times with 3 different amounts in 3 days and I still don’t have my money back. Im getting emails about my subscription being put back on automatically after I’ve unsubscribed and now you guys will take more money on the 24/12/2025. I’m unemployed in South Africa where am I supposed to get this money from. You guys have my account details you’re just taking my money unsubscribed, sent emails and still you’re taking my money. At this time of the year, it’s really not fair. My bank doesn’t seem like they’ll help me so it’s all in your hands how you guys managed to get all this money 3 times in 3 days.

They didn't want to help me, they told me they couldn't make a refund, also when I explained that was not me, and explained I didn't want to buy anything or any credit, but when I asked to my bank to involve a legal investigation, they accepted, when they said first that they were not going to give my money

I WAS MADE TO BELIEVE THAT I COULD GET A PHONE FOR COMPLETING A SURVEY ON GOOGLE????? AND NOW THEY ARE HARRASING ME TO DELETE MY REVIEW!!

Everything was easy to understand, and you have really good technological products and a really big variety of them where to choose.

I wanted to have the trial days to see how it worked and then decide if I was going for the subscription now, or wait to the beginning of 2026 to do it, which it is what I finally decided to do.

As I am very ill with high fever because I got the influenza and pneumonia, y forgot to do the cancellation of the subscription by Sunday 12.

I really appreciate and feel very thankful for the great help I have received from the whole team of “BESTGADGET4YOU” in ‘Customer Service’ in getting the refund of the money collected by them today.
