They were always accessible and open to help when I had a problem regarding the delivery address. Even though the products have already been shipped they were able to change the delivery address for me, thank you for that. The products came well packaged and in good shape.

I recently made a mistake with my address and both Best Grocery and DHL rallied and saved the day. Both were incredibly understanding and very helpful and communicated with me throughout the process as they resolved the issue. Outstanding customer service! Besides that, I have ordered from Best Grocery on ten occasions now and I am always impressed by the care with which each item is packed, neatly arranged in the box and always a joy and a treat to open. Everything has always been fresh and I love the selection and range of natural, healthy and organic products to choose from. What a pleasure doing business with Best Grocery!

Everything is good quality and the parcel arrived very quickly the only problem was with the box of lahmacun… it was extremely squashed and the top lahmacun was stuck on to the lid even though after it was defrosted! However the rest that wasn’t stuck was very tasty 😋 thanx
