Fantastic! After living in north London for 20 years, we moved to the south of England. We have been trying to find Turkish shops around us but nothing. I am so glad I discovered Best Grocery. I have just received my parcel which was well packed and everything is well within their sell by date. One item was out of stock and I received an email with a replacement suggestion. You never know when it will be delivered:/
You neither inform your clients about delivery times nor give them a choice for delivery slots during checkout.
I ordered my package 5 days ago and now I see that it would be delivered tomorrow, the only day I go to office:( i am so disappointed with my

As Best Grocery, our delivery conditions are clearly stated on our website, and the delivery day is determined as Tuesday for purchases made after Thursday 12:30 pm.
As clearly stated in our shipping policy; we do not have weekend deliveries and orders placed after 12.30 pm on Thursdays will be shipped next Monday and our customers will receive their parcels on Tuesday.
