Update* Bestheating have reached out and are looking into this issue. I hadn’t contacted them directly because I assumed that it couldn’t be rectified and that I had chosen the wrong heater. I’m really hoping that something can be done about this. It’s a lovely looking heater by the way!
The heater doesn’t heat my home office at all, even on ‘boost’. I sit close to it and don’t feel any heat- the stat in the room might go up one or two degrees after a couple of hours.
We have drilled the wall to hang this heater. I’m very disappointed

I recently purchased a Wall mounted fire from Best Heating. When the Fire arrived and in extremely fast time I must add the product was perfect but unfortunately due to my own fault ordered the wrong type needed for the job.
I contacted the company by email and within minutes I had the most amazingly helpful agent by the Name of Karen help me out with the return of the product and I actually couldn't believe how helpful and hassle free Karen made the process for me.
I will definitely be doing more business with this company in the future.

As this was my first time ordering radiators, I had a lot of questions about the correct sizes, valves, and all the essential parts I would need. She took the time to ask the right clarification questions, gave clear and practical advice, and helped me make sure I was ordering everything correctly the first time.

My only suggestion would be to have more of a description of the colours, or for customers to check the RAL carefully, as pictures online can as always be misleading

Once again very only thing that let's you service down is the courier radiators left at the front door of the house
