I found that the Collar wasn't the correct size, I requested a refund the same day it arrived. I'm moving so I didn't want to chance the correct sized collar arriving after I had moved. Neda reached out and asked if I wanted a refund or the correct size, I said I'd like a refund, it's been about a week 6/22, and I haven't heard anything back. The Collar itself seems to be a high-quality product it's their responsiveness that's in question when there's an issue.

Love my Bestia collars for my two pit bulls! First choice and only choice in quality, fit and style. They take a small amount of time to get to you but the wait is worth it.

I purchased the ‘Hunter’ collar awhile ago, it’s a stunning collar but it seems like a decoration rather than a practical thing. The metal decorations have hurt people when my dog brushes against them and some of the fixings are loose. Otherwise it’s a stunning collar. My reason for the low score isn’t because of the collar quality it’s because of this companies disgusting over use of AI. Every advert they have now is AI. How on earth are you supposed to put your faith in a company that uses AI to present their products? It’s shady and given how terrible we know AI is for the environment it’s also just straight up flippant and disgusting. The use of AI is anti human. Let your products speak for themselves. AI cheapens your product.

This is by far the best quality, style and performance collar I have ever had for my mastiff. The weight, width and size makes my dog respond the second I correct him. I find the team very responsive, accommodating and fair. The craftsmanship is top tier.

Numerous problems with the dog harness that were never corrected. Quality was NOT good. Components of the harness began falling off during the first week. I left an accurate review of the harness two months ago on their website, but they don't appear to post negative reviews. The harness was one of the most expensive ones which I paid full price for expecting quality but the experience was abysmal, especially with customer service. They even had the nerve to ask me to pay for international shipping a second time in order to correct their error. Absolutely not.

As stated, to correct their faulty product that continues losing pieces, they wanted me to pay shipping a 2nd time. What a joke of a company. Notice they don't mention why they didn't list my review of the harness. There are no reviews for the "quality" product I purchased, likely because the reviews were all bad and they don't display those.

Great quality, craftsmanship and all around product. So many compliments on the leash and collar and have told anyone who asked that it's from Bestia.

Great product would buy from again

The front of the muzzle is beautiful. It has a bit of weight to it. Which makes me concerned about the small buckle and thin strap holding the muzzle in places longevity.

Best collar on market,my Corso looks like a king in his black Azte collar.
