Bringing my 2018 Q3 to Grigor and his team at Bestiale was one of the best decisions I’ve ever made regarding my vehicle. My Audi had been running very oddly and a check engine light was triggered. I brought it in to the the dealership (the only place I’ve ever had my vehicle serviced). It was diagnosed with a laundry list of issues and a huge quote to fix those problems. One major issue was carbon buildup in the cylinders as well as having some leaking parts needing to be resealed. I called several places to find somewhere to adequately service my car and I had no luck until I found Bestiale! The team was polite. They were patient with all of my questions and Grigor was incredibly honest and extremely detailed in providing me a diagnosis and options for services. Hands down the best experience I’ve had in having a car serviced and it now runs like the day I got it! Thank you guys!

I had a carbon cleaning oil separator & injectors replacement, and engine oil/filter change on my Audi Q5 using original Audi parts. BESTIALE provided excellent customer service.

I recently got some major work done on my car at Bestiale. Grigor, the owner, even found a broken valve spring that the techs at Audi had missed. Grigor is extremely passionate about working on these German beauties. His attention to detail was beyond anything I have seen since getting out of the military. He also has integrity, which to me is the most valuable quality in a person. I will be a lifelong customer.

I had the 60k/6th year maintenance including engine oil and filter replacement, all factory checks, air filter, dust and pollen filter, spark plugs, brake fluid replacement and front and rear wiper blades with high quality OE and OEM VW parts on my 2013 VW GTI. Grigor and Iliyana are the best!

I came here initially for an inspection on my RS3 AFTER a Premium Luxury car shop took it on a joyride with a flat tire caught on dashcam.

While I was talking to Grigor, I was impressed with his knowledge of cars and performance vehicles. It's extremely difficult to find a competent, kind, honest mechanic. Let alone a true car enthusiast.

I had the right front wheel and suspension checked for damage as well as the 20k Audi factory maintenance including engine oil and filter change, dust and pollen filter change and all factory specified lubrications and checks with genuine/OE Audi parts for my 2018 Audi RS3.

I am extremely impressed. The shop may not have all the expensive equipment, heck it doesn't even have a lift. But...as someone who also works on cars and helicopters, it's more about knowledge, details, and tender care. It's like surfing, you can have all the top equipment and gear, but if you can't swim, you can't surf. These guys...they are like the ski bum...average board, duck taped gear, but give them snow and a mountain and they will tear it up. Dedication and hard work...skills.

Price: WAY better than BH Audi Service by almost $400+ on a 20K service.

Report: Extremely detailed. They found warranty problems the Audi Service dept. didn't find 6 months ago on the 10K Service. They even ranked the problems based on severity and urgency. I was able to take that report to get my warranty serviced at Audi. Stuff Audi didn't tell me about.

Customer Service: No fancy couch or lounge, BUT first-rate service in customer respect and care. They listen and share ideas and thoughts with you. They are friendly and professional. Communicated everything important. Speedy and efficient.

Overall, Grigor treats your car like his baby.

I just purchased a used Audi R8 and to be safe, I had the factory scheduled major maintenance performed at Bestiale. They used genuine Audi parts, brake fluid change with racing StopTech STR660, spark plugs change, air filter change, transmission oil change, diagnosis and fix for an annoying engine noise and vibration and also had my rear brake pads and rotors replaced. Car runs better than when I first purchased it.

Yet again another great experience with Bestiale!!! Brought my B8A4 in for its 100k service and Grigor took great care of my car per usual! I got the Audi factory maintenance done including engine oil and filter change, dust and pollen filter change, sunroof clean and lubricated, brake fluid replacement, timing chain tensioner check. He found a few issues that may arise in the future but overall, a great 100k service outcome.

ALWAYS great service when I drop my car off at Bestiale. I was flying back to NY the weekend I dropped it off and Grigor and Iliyana worked with me to figure out a solution to getting my car back to me. It was driven back to my apartment and safely tucked away in the garage while I was still in New York. GREAT SERVICE!!!

10/10 would reccomend Bestiale for your German needs. Especially since they have partnerships with Audi, VW, Porsche and Bentley for genuine parts, as well as abt-america, millteksport, akrapovic, bilstein and many more of the premier tuning companies!

I brought my 2015 Audi S6 to Grigor to do a few mods after he was the most responsive and helpful in responding to my multiple emails about cost and time for several items. He installed my Deval carbon fiber rear diffuser, replaced the OEM tail lights with tinted versions, and installed the 034 Motosport's transmission and differential mounts. He did this all within a day's time, and communicated throughout the process. More impressive, he went above and beyond to reach out to Deval to inquire on having to move the exhaust tips back slightly to avoid any heat distortion. He provided a very competitive and fair price quote, and stuck to his initial quote outside of a few things we discussed after the fact. I will gladly bring my car back to him for any future jobs including maintenance/service - highly recommend! Thanks Grigor!

Grigor is one of the nicest mechanic and shop owners I have come across! Being new to the Audi world, I wanted to find someone who specializes in them and I truly found a gem at Bestiale. Not only did Grigor squeeze me in before closing time Saturday, but he offered 20% off my first service. I could tell that Grigor was very passionate about what he does and his attention to detail while working on my 2010 Audi S5 was very impressive. I wanted to get a second set of eyes on it and see if there were any repairs that needed immediate attention. Grigor did a thorough inspection and gave me a detailed report of his findings. It's this attention to detail that gets customers to return and I truly appreciate how welcoming and kind Grigor was as I had a ton of questions to ask! Having moved to the area recently from the east coast, I needed to find a reliable shop that I could trust with my Audi A4. Grigor, the owner, serviced my vehicle and I honestly could not have been happier. I got an oil separator replacement, brake fluid change, all filters and belts replaced and full scheduled maintenance as recommended by Audi.He is very knowledgeable, patient with any questions you may have, very thorough in his explanation of all of the repairs and modifications, and the end cost was extremely reasonable. My car was running much more smoothly, and felt like brand new again. Echoing some of the other reviews on this page, you will not be disappointed!

Great service and communication about costs. Bestiale was a friend's referral, so I was trusting that it would work out- it did. I had Bestiale do the 65k factory scheduled maintenance according to Audi’s specifications on my 2011 Audi A5 2.0 Quattro. The quote from the Audi dealership was double the price and I did not feel very comfortable with the staff at the dealership. They gave me the impression they didnt care if I went with them or not. I am very glad I went with Bestiale. They offered a pick up and drop off service for my location- which was an added bonus for me. They were pleasant and genuinely friendly. They gave me an overview of other maintenance on a timeline indicating immediate attention or could wait. This honesty and non-pressure is why among other reasons I will take my Audi back to Bestiale. Thank you.

I took in my Golf TDI to Grigor with very specific needs. VW was buying back my vehicle but I had to return it in running condition, unfortunately the car had a catastrophic break-down the day before I had my appointment to return it.

Grigor took his time to understand my exact requirements (bare minimum to get it running) and helped me find cost savings at every possible decision point. He was very detailed in outlining all the options with clear estimates for each.

Overall I would highly recommend contacting Grigor if you're looking for a reliable, reasonable, and highly proficient mechanic!

I bought my first used car a year ago, an Audi A4 Cab. The previous owner did not take care of it as well as they should have, so took it to Bestiale, which received rave reviews on yelp. I am very particular about my cars, having owned a number of new Porsches. Grigor is as passionate and particular as i am (maybe even more so) and it a delight to work with. The prices are a fraction of dealer prices, and the work is always perfect. Plus they are the nicest people with outstanding service. I'm a Bestiale lifer!

I recently moved to California after finishing a road trip from DC to Seattle to Los Angeles. My little 2007 VW Beetle took quite a beating. I took it into Bestiale in response to a "check engine light," and Grigor changed the spark plugs and ignition coils which were shot. He also changed the brake fluid, checked the transmission oil level, and did a tire rotation. Grigor was super transparent about his work and fixed everything in almost no time. He also dropped my car off at my workplace after which saved me a taxi ride. It was great value for great service!

Bestiale opened last year and I had the pleasure of coming in for my 75k mile maintenance, including oil change, as well as replacing all brake pads and a brake fluid flush. Grigor, owner and tech, did a VERY thorough job with my Audi RS4 -- walking me through everything in great detail. Grigor is very experienced, honest, and courteous. He even took care of other little things like my faulty tail lights. One very nice bonus was being able to use the S4 loaner -- made the process very painless. Don't hesitate to take your vehicle in for any service or upgrades...you're in great hands!

I was referred to Bestiale by a fellow Audi enthusiast & when I started having engine problems with my b6a4 I reached out to have my car looked at. Grigor is GREAT. He diagnosed the problem, and fixed it within a few days of me dropping it off. He also was able to offer me a discount on both the parts and labor. On top of all of this, my car was personally delivered to me after the repairs WITH a fresh car wash. I'm new to LA and it's always tough to find a trustworthy mechanic, but 10/10 would recommend Bestiale for any of your German car needs!!!!
