Avoid this company
Avoid this company — potential scam.
I paid for an item, including postage and packaging, only to be told afterwards that I needed to pay an additional £245 for shipping insurance before they would send it. This requirement was never mentioned when placing the order.
They acknowledged that the lack of communication was their fault and apologised for not making the additional charge clear beforehand. However, after that, they cut off all contact.
I now have serious doubts that the item ever existed in the first place. The whole experience has been extremely suspicious, and I would strongly advise others to be cautious and avoid using this company. I would not recommend them.
